I recently visited an entertainment venue that offers a unique and immersive movie-watching experience, perfect for family outings. The facility is impeccably clean and provides various viewing options, including the impressive iMax 4D. This particular feature was a hit with the kids, elevating our movie experience to an exciting new level. The seating arrangement is especially noteworthy, with seats grouped in sets of four. Each set moves in unison, enhancing the 4D effects. These effects are not just limited to motion but extend to sensory experiences like wind, water sprays, scents, and surprising pokes from under and behind the seats, making the movie come alive in an extraordinary way.Additionally, the venue offers a selection of snacks and refreshments. While the range of food options is somewhat limited, it includes several kid-friendly choices, which was convenient and greatly appreciated. Overall, our visit was enjoyable and memorable, offering a fun and interactive experience for both adults and children. It’s a fantastic way to make movie-watching more engaging and is definitely worth a visit for those looking for an extra element of excitement in their cinema experience.

Have not been in a long time. Love the chairs and being able to pick seat ahead. We enjoyed Godzilla and the popcorn was fresh. Theatre was clean!

I really like this theatre. Good service. Not too big, not too tight. Just right...!

This theatre is modern and clean and well staffed numerically, but the coordination between the app and the cinema is poor when it comes to handling food pre-orders. There is no advantage to preordering food. The app menu is incomplete (e.g. "oh they have pizza? I want that instead" -my 5 year old). The "express" food pickup line is unmanned and the response from a concession employee is bewilderment and just get in the regular line with families who haven't decided yet. Apparently I was supposed to "check in" my food order with the ticket stub guy so they "know I'm here" even though nothing in the app not signage tell guests to do so, and also strange considering my tickets are already directly connected to my food order by way of the "add food" button when I bought the seats in the first place. Nevertheless, kudos to the concession manager who was very helpful, albeit overwhelmed by having a staff that is in sore need some training.

I came here to watch a movie with my family and girlfriend, but got yelled at by the manager with the short red hair. My girlfriend and I were walking to the bathroom and she started screaming “Maddy” at us. We turned around, but obviously assumed she wasn’t talking to us since neither of us our names Maddy. As we entered the bathroom and said “you’re just going to ignore me?!” then chased us into the bathroom. She proceeded to question us in the bathroom, asking us several more times if either of our names were Maddy in an accusatory and rude manner. All we said was that our names are not Maddy and yes, we are sure. When we came out of the bathroom, it appeared that she found Maddy because she was walking with a woman. We walked by her and she looked at us not saying anything, and not apologizing for screaming at us. I was not expected to get screamed at for absolutely no reason. I felt like I was treated inhumanely. I don’t know why a manager would treat random strangers like this.

I had electronically purchased 8 tix for Disney’s Wish movie on Fandango yet the QR codes were not forwarded. We presented for Thanksgiving Day movie with grandkids and told the manager, Jafar of our problem. He quickly verified and issued our tickets with utmost grace. He made our day a very Happy Thanksgiving!

Showcase Cinema Impress me every time I go. I used to always go to another theater. But now I go here more than anything. Sometimes, I go just to see a random movie just to experience the atmosphere.

One of the worst showcase I have been to so far. Stinks like someone pooped. The cherry on the cake was the movie stopped midway with no resolution for the next 40 min! Should give 0 stars if possible but 1 star because they atleast issued a refund. But avoid this showcase at all cost.

Hit or miss. The IMAX theater is consistently great and the main reason why I go here. The others...it depends. Most of the time it's fine but occasionally (like last night, screen 1), the sound volume is unacceptably low. In order to compete with home viewing, theaters need to provide a better AV experience than people can get at home. So crank up the volume, please!

They have an excellent IMAX screen and sound system. Saw Oppenheimer at this theater and it was a fantastic viewing. The chairs are comfortable, the staff did their best to quickly clear the food lines on a very busy opening weekend (Barbie + Oppenheimer), and the temperature in the theater was pretty good (i.e. not an ice box).

Like a lot of Randolph, Showcase has let this property fall into urban decay. Corporations won’t improve their properties now without the public complaining. The parking lot looks like it hasn’t been paved since 1942. The sidewalks in the rear of the building are caked with gum. It was a terrible first impression. So I wasn’t surprised that the popcorn was stale and the person handling it at the counter was not friendly. I felt ignored - which is sad since I spent a lot on the ticket and concessions. Is this theater trying to help “theater-going” die?Hopefully the management rectifies their issues because I don’t want movies to die.
