Simone is the best. We had custom made shawdow boxes for military members made, Simone was more than happy to accommodate our requests. Still going with multiple orders despite us moving out of state. We trust Simone to get our orders done right. Happy wishes to her parents retirement and new partnerships beginning! Went in the shop the lady behind the counter was on the phone in the back, looked right at me, no acknowledgement and just went back on to carry her conversation for a good 5 minutes, so after 5 minutes passed, I just decided to walk out and will not be returning. I don't care how long you been doing business in this community, customer service is #1.

Woman (owner, I assume) that answered the phone when I called about a service they offer was extremely rude. I cannot believe that someone running a business would act in that manner. Would never give them my business, and wouldn't recommend to friends.

I've had several pieces framed here over 20 years. It's close to home, and I didn't have to go out shopping around. Even shopped Michael's framing but stood in line for quite a while, before service, and didn't get the attention I was looking for. Carol and Simone know what they are doing! I, too had a picture from Panama, that Carol suggested a frame with a mat that I was not fond of, but I went with it and am very pleased with it. That was 20 years ago. I recently had 2 posters I've wanted to frame for years, but just didn't want to spend the money. They were odd sizes and I couldn't find frames to match the size. So, I (finally) took them to Frame Man, and Done! I'm so glad I did it! Now my family can enjoy them when I'm gone. Then, I needed a HUGE shadowbox for memorabilia from my husband's country. Ugh! Back to Frame man, and they did a terrific job protecting my treasures, and giving me a WONDERFUL heirloom to pass down! I would suggest, if you're not the crafty type, can't decide, take a leap, get those things you've been thinking of framing, and take them to the professionals at Frame Man!
