My nails were the worst I have ever gotten here. They lifted within 3 days, tje edges were not done what so ever, resulting in my hair being caught under them after 3 days as well. The polish job was absolutely horrible. Don't even think they are lisenced with this kind of work. Never again.

I will not going to do my nails at ViVi nails and spa in Randolph anymore, they charge you different price. I shouldn’t paid $60 dollars for just do my nails, I but I didn’t do my feet.

I went here with my friend (we both got a full set gel manicure). The technician I got was great, listened to what i wanted, and changed accordingly when i asked. The one my friend got rushed the job and didn't even listen to the shape and length they wanted their nails. When they tried to make a correction or ask for a change, the technician brushed them off, telling them it wouldn't look good. (They wanted the same thing i did. We both used the same reference photo but got completely different results) On top of that, the job looked pretty sloppy with uneven, thick edges. I still tipped well despite the less than great experience my friend had to go through because I never want to leave people hanging even if they did a less than subpar job. We ended up having to take a trip to the store to get some tools to reshape and repaint my friend's nails the same night cause we had a wedding to go to the next day. I would not return here unless I knew for sure that both me and whoever was with me would get the same technician that I had that day.

The manicurist Lee was okay with most of the process but kept talking to her colleagues in Vietnamese/ maybe it was about me but they were loud and laughed the service was kind of mediocre with les attention to me but to white customers or their own. Was not a happy camper!

The sign says that they are opened, the hours on Sunday is open until 5pm and it's 3:59pm yet they are closed? If you make up your own business hours, I don't know how you expect any loyal customers. Waste of time and gas driving here for nothing.

Got my nails done last minute for a trip. I’m not a regular, and it showed the moment I stepped in the salon. Gel nails were poorly done; next day the color changed from mauve to brown. Pedicure was ok but the painting of my toes could’ve been done better by my teenager. Overall, ehhhh. 1 and done.

Omg please do not come here. Customer service is poor. The atmosphere is not clean. The lady I had did regular pedicure when I wanted gel then had to redo the whole thing. Seems like she didn't really know how to properly do it. Waste of time and money, I'dRather go to a nail place in the mall

I get gel nail everytime I come on my feet and hands and get charged $56.00 everytime today I go they charge me $75.00 I will no longer go there and I as tried to explain to the own that her works never charged me that much her she tried to tell me what i usually get don’t go to them the paint job ain’t good and over priced!!!!!!
