I open a mailbox on April they there are tell me I can have 4 people in the mailbox. when I'm done with the process with them face- to -face now have two months I'm walking there for my mail I can't get it I can't find my mail have important mail go there when I call the they hand up on me like my mail it's not important

I wish I had read these reviews before I used this place. I drove there today (09/12/2023) to drop off a pre-paid DHL return package. The woman who served me pasted the customs manifest over the Lithium Battery Warning label on the package. I told her that the warning label had to be visible, but she said "it's not important". She grudgingly moved it when I insisted. Then she took the package and waved me away. I asked for a receipt. She said no, that the tracking number was my receipt. I pointed out that I had no tracking number (I believe the tracking number is generated once the package is entered into the DHL system, and then printed on the receipt). She continued to refuse to give me a receipt, and told me to photograph the package instead. I was in a rush, so I reluctantly took the photograph and left the store. I wish I had not done so. Now I am very uneasy about whether my package will really ship.

This place is a joke. Don't use their mail box drop off service. Four separate packages was shipped to this postal center with tracking number from fedex which owner and employees of this center signed for that they received. Two months later, they had still not given me any packages and some recieved a couple of days ago were not delivered to me either. They claimed packege was missing or returned to fedex even though one package from two months ago could be seen kept by them. This postal center is not giving packages delivered to customers and signed for by them and are claiming that it is lost or returned when shipper and fedex cofirmed they did not receive anything back and that all items remain in their systems as delivered. The owner is shady and very dishonest. if packages where returned fedex would have tracking and shipper would have shipment back.

Rude staff. Asked for a receipt when I dropped off a valuable UPS package. Staff person barked at me "you don't get a receipt!" I left with my package and will never return. I brought it over to a local Staples where they accepted my package AND printed a receipt.. Read the reviews of this postal service place. Almost all are about terrible experiences that customers have had here. Beware!

Absolutely stay as far away from this place as possible. We went in there last week to drop off two packages. One from USPS and one from UPS. Both were properly addressed and sealed..correctly.We walk up and the guy just points to counter.. "HERE..HERE!" The counter is filled.. We ask where.. then he points to the floor comes around and says we have the wrong addressing. No we did not. These labels came straight from the company to return them. Finally, that's settled and he had a mask on and has an accent. My Fiance and I both did not understand him and we asked him to repeat himself three times. Then some woman at the computer stands up and tries to act like were were being racist for asking a question. She (mind you she doesn't work here) gets up and starts yelling at us.. I told my Fiance to get his boxes and we'll go else where. The guy behind the counter started yelling at us.. "DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH????" My fiance and him got into it and they called the police. Are you serious? This place is an absolute joke and they're racist to white people.. I'd stay far away... We sure will be.. went to the UPS store in Braintree and were treated with class and respect!

I do not recommend! Poor poor customer service. When you ask for a receipt they tell you to take a picture of it with your phone. Do not trust your things here. They spend their time on the phone! Do not come here! Very rude! I waited to get help holding a heavy box and they were more concerned with their personal phone call that they had on the speakerphone.

I won't bother to be shipping anything from Postal Center USA anymore. I've shipped personal packages multiple times and customer service is luke warm at most times. There's one older African American man there who's very friendly, but everyone else barely greets you. My issue is that I had a corporate package to send out via UPS with a pre-printed mailing label. I needed a receipt and they could not provide me one. "We don't do that." "Why not? This is an important package and I need a receipt." "Lots of people drop it off here, you see." "Yes, I have, too. But I need a receipt this time." At this point, he was no longer looking me in the eye. Silence. "We don't do that." He turns around, asks a co-worker." I say, "Every other facility has always been able to provide me a receipt when I need one. The one in Braintree does." Not looking at me in the eyes and with a glazed look, "No, they don't. I dont know who will give you a receipt." So I'm in the parking lot at the UPS Store, 15 minutes away in Braintree, after dropping off the package. Receipt in hand.

Bad services. When there for notary service and I was first in line, but Mr. Nizam Uddin decide to provide services for others that came after me, without even let me know, he could have asked if it okay, he just when ahead and ring up 3 people, not even apologize or thank you. When it my turn, he ruin my form, the form was ripped and wrinkle and I asked him to redo the form, because I have extra sheet of paper, he refused and told me I have to pay extra because he have to re-stamp, he said that the government charge it not him. Total cost for notary is $32. What a ripoff and very bad services, don't come here. I rather go to the one in Braintree next time.

I'm almost positive this place is a front or a scam or some sort. My brother mailed a packaged on 2/6 and paid for 2-day shipping (approx. $20). It is now 2/13 and I still do not have my package. I suspect, that they charge you for a 2 day or 3 day shipping only to send off your package to USPS via snail mail and pocket the difference. I called them and spoke to MD who stated that "he could not produce proof or a copy of the shipping label". Yes, my receipt says 2 days on it but I do not believe the final label use dot ship it was 2-days at all. I will be contacting the BBB.

If you're smart, you won't go here for services. They are unprofessional, rude, liars, and will rip you off. Let me tell you a ridiculous situation that happened to me so that you don't have the same situation. I went in to place an overnight shipping of important papers to get my certificate as a Pharmacy Technician. I went in on a Thursday night and paid 49.35 in overnight shipping charges via FedEx. However, the item arrived 5 days later, on Monday. I called Fedex thinking to get an adjustment or return credit, I'd have to go through them. However, because I paid in this store's location, I had to go here to get my return. So I call them to discuss it with them and they tell me because it shipped they can't help me. So I asked for a manager and the information for their district manager, and they hung up on me. So then after work I head into the store about 5ishpm. They close at 6 so I figure this should be quick. However, the man who assisted me, the supposed "owner' named Md Nizam Uddin; who when I asked for his name he only told me MD. Anyway, He said the return would take a while so I said fine and asked for the name of the associate who hung up on me and the name of the owner. He refused to give me the information so i said I was't going to leave until he gave me a name. He then called an officer down to try and settle the matter by getting me out of the store. He told the officer I was being loud and rude and other whatnots and then the officer asked me for my side which I told him and told him I also have a recording of the situation as well just in case. The officer understood my side that they indeed were wrong and managed to get me the name and business card of this manager and I was told in a couple days I should have my return. It shouldn't have come down to this, guys. I work customer service, and for 10years at that. There is no reason this had to happen. He should have apologized and credited me the difference of a 5 day shipping instead of the overnight charge and it should have been settled in no more than half an hour. For the record, the officer didn't seem pleased or surprised that he had to come to this location so i assume this was not his first time having to come deal with some drama from this Postal Service location. I will update in a couple of days.
