Found out after I had emailed customer service to ask how I could submit a claim. Immediately got a reply saying a replacement item was being shipped at no charge. Will return the duplicate item, and just got online and bought something else, and will purchase more in the future.”

“This place is a must!!!! We found the perfect dress for my daughter’s prom!! We were there for 3 hours( she basically had to try on every dress in the color she wanted) and just when I thought she couldn’t make a decision, boom she found THE one!!! “All the associates I've encountered in this Kohls are great! I placed an order online for in-store pickup, but there was no way to specify that I needed a gift receipt during the online checkout. The associate at the store (Melissa) took the time to look at various ways to print out a gift receipt and when it didn't seem like there was a way, she offered to return the items and buy them back (honoring my original coupons) and gave me the gift receipts I needed! It was really nice to have such a friendly and helpful sales associate especially during a time when retailers are extra busy!”

“This store is pretty nice. They have a lot of selections and have good prices/deals! If you’re looking for an outfit for any occasion im 90% sure you can find it here. Only downside is that the racks are way to close and you have to squeeze through which is pretty annoying. They is also clothes on the floor sometimes and it can be a little bit messy. Overall the store isn’t all that bad!”
