You would have to be insane to use this place. They doubled my fee after only 3 months, and the employee answering the phone could not have cared less. I’d rather burn my stuff than pay them another month.

Brandon from the Raynham store is amazing, if I could give 10 stars just for how well he handles customers and gives all around great communication and is able to come up with resolutions I would. My first storage unit was horrible but Brandon made my second experience renting a unit immaculate!!

I worked with Dawn at the New State Highway location. She assisted me with changing my unit and educated me about their mobile app which is going to be a time saver. Excellent experience!! I would highly recommend! I would give 10 stars but Google only offers 5. Thanks for all of your help!!
