I’ve been a customer here for years. One day a couple years ago they raised my rate from $205 to $267…..so for years now I pay $267 a month for a 10x15 (outside). Every so often they raise the price to $295 without saying a word. I have to call and beg them to drop it back to $267. I just discovered that anyone who books online pays $143. Thanks for the heads up Bill…..I really appreciate it! Mice have been a problem BY THE WAY.

I would like to say that the customer Service agent was very informative. She was very polite and very friendly. I appreciate human interaction Cause you can get a lot more done. And you can understand a lot more from somebody that actually talking to you, then showing you what you need to see and asking you certain questions about your policy that you couldn't ask a automated service. Again Down craig did a great job.
