One of the worst companies you can imagine to deliver your products, they pretend they have your product and don't take it making you wait a week per product you paid for in delivery 1 to 2 working days

Received excellent customer service! Received a phone call because My Tracking # Was Duplicated & it showed in their system that my package was not received so I got a phone call to confirm that I did in fact receive my package. Also my delivery driver kevin is such a Nice Guy!

Needed (and paid for) a package to be shipped overnight, they let it sit all day instead of sending it on its way. I am out far more than the cost of shipping due to their negligence.

Driver didn't get out of vehicle and said nobody was home no door tag left with no information on how to retrieve package, FedEx will not answer phone calls either

I don’t even know what to say about this location how can you deliver someone’s package to another address and then open investigation…..over night delivery this is so rediculous and unprofessional of you guys there are lots of crooks working there holding people’s package and stealing people’s package for no reason it’s a shame

Walked in handed the package to the very nice lady at the desk, got my receipt. It was a great quick trip and the team member on the desk couldn't have been nicer!

So on January 30 I was expecting a package to my home. at 2 o’clock. I seen the FedEx driver pull into my complex and then at 2:30. He leaves out of my complex at 2:41. It says my package was delivered. He never came to my home while he was in my neighborhood so I went to my neighbors asked around to see where my package was. No one seen it. No one seen the FedEx driver at all at 7:30 later that night after I filed a claim with FedEx I get a call from a lady from the rayan location stating that they found out what happened to my package. The driver stated someone pulled up in a vehicle with my husband‘s name on a ID ALLEGEDLY and asked for the package and he gave it to him and let him sign for it as I look at the tracking number and who signed for it they spelt the name wrong, but the lady kept saying it’s a new scam going on that they are tracking Verizon tracking numbers and then make fake IDs And then follow the FedEx and UPS trucks to get the packages and it’s crazy that FedEx being the company they are. They are still letting people pull up to their trucks nowhere near the home and just giving peoples packages away. Then I spoke to a Larry, because the woman on the phone gave me an attitude and told me she was not about to go back-and-forth with me. I spoke to Larry, which is supposed to be a supervisor there, stating yes, this is a ongoing issue we are working with Verizon trying to figure out a game plan but when I talk to Verizon, they said they know nothing about this scam that is going on now Verizon is denying my claim of trying to replace my merchandise because FedEx sent them a notice saying that it was delivered when I got a phone call from a lady and a guy named Larry from FedEx in raynham stating that it is a scam going on . Now Verizon is telling me I need to spend $200 for a deductible to file claim for my missing merchandise but yet FedEx does not want to help at all and went and close my case without contacting me or saying anything else or nothing just dead silence. This is ridiculous and someone needs to fix this.
