Drove my lug nuts on too tight. Spec is 75-82 lbs for aluminum rays wheels. They were held on with 120+ pounds and took me leaning on a breaker bar to remove the lugs.
My wheels also got a bit scratched when they mounted my tires, they're premium and cost a lot so that was very disappointing.
I wouldn't have written a review if not for the overtorqed aluminum wheels but they can really be damaged that way. Which is why it took me so long to write the review.
The weights they put on the front left wheel flew off at some point as well.
Pros: the mounting wasn't expensive

People here are nice and have good customer care. Called with a flat and they were almost closed. They let me come in and helped me out which saved the day

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Steven went out of his way to find just the right Toyo tires for my Porsche. The front brakes needed to be done soon so they took care of that which was also an issue because that year Macan used Audi brakes that had a Porsche number on them to make it confusing. I can't believe how many hours they put into this. They kept in touch with me all along. The quiet ride Toyos are living up to their advertising.The alignment was perfect. The prices were great and definitely less than at a Porsche facility. Nice upbeat attitude there. It's apparent that they enjoy their jobs. Thank you also to Mike and to Nick who put the tires on my car and was so careful with my alloy wheels. Wish it was like that everywhere I go! A blast from the past.

Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change, left front blinker and brakes. There's no sticker showing oil change was done and oil change meter was not reset. Blinker bulb was not replaced and brakes are still noisy and all warning lights are still on. Vehicle was there for 3 days and nothing appears to be done. Except the charge.

The staff and technicians were pleasant professional and I would say knowledgeable and competent. They explained very clearly what they checked and what needed attention , and gave me information on what that would cost. I will absolutely be bringing the car there for anything it might need. I was promptly attended and customer service worked finding an alternate tire that fit my car as the truck that was bringing my tires didn’t arrive on time and even matched the price of the tires!
