I can't trust them with the car for service. Unfortunately, we realized that every time the car goes in for service, after the coverage expired, something breaks down and they will say it on the next visit. Last time, on August 4 , we paid for the maintenance service, plus rotation and balancing. So we went back to check what was wrong because the car felt weird. We realized they didn't do the work, and we were sure because we had a nail in the tire and that tire was in the same place. So I asked for the video to prove they did the work. They said they forgot to record it. So they lied about everything. What a disappointment cause this seems like they just want the car in to make more money.

Jeff is a great salesman. Walked me through it all. Showed some great trucks and great options. In the end I got the Maverick.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. They outright lied to me about what was wrong with my car in order to steal money from me. Then, when when I asked for a trade in value, they refused to give me even a range. These people are FRAUDULENT and MANIPULATIVE. Classic car dealership behavior, never come here for anything ever.

Billy was a great to work with. The buying process was very transparent and easy. I love the car and the dealership service is top notch! I highly recommend this dealer as it is the best in the the south suburban Boston area!

Found a used truck online. Called and scheduled a test drive on a Tuesday morning. While test driving I asked about the tires condition, was told the dealership was putting new tires on. I was also told they did replace the brakes and rotors. We negotiated a price and gave the dealership a 5,000 dollar deposit. We were paying cash. And schedule to pick it up at the end of the week. On Friday went to pick up the truck. The truck hadn’t been detailed. And the tires were USED tires! Made me wonder if they replaced the brakes with used brake parts? The experience has not been one of best. It seems like the dealership isn’t focused on details and follow-up. Hopefully things get improve moving forward.

I just bought a new Ford from Grieco Ford, and it was easily the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Grieco had to swap the car with another dealership. My salesperson, Lynda Glassey, was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. She kept me up to date on the status of whether or not Grieco could procure the car, and when it would arrive. Grieco was also very willing to work with me on the price of the vehicle based on offers I had from other dealerships. Overall, I will absolutely be referring friends to this dealership if they are interested in buying a Ford. They seem to be genuine about building customer relationships rather than overselling a car. If you are in the market for a Ford, head to Grieco and ask for Lynda!
*Edit - The team at Grieco wanted to ensure I received my plates on time, and they made a 40-minute drive to deliver my plates and registration. They continued to display why I will be referring them business.

Jacob was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to get along with, and didn’t apply any pressure. I ended up with the car of my choice at a good price with no negotiation easily and faster than I expected going in. The back office was slower and less communicative than I expected, but the overall process from walking in the door to having the car at home was much faster and easier than expected. Everyone was flexible and accommodating. Even when the subject of extended warranties came up, there wasn’t any pressure. I’m very glad I found my car at Grieco Ford of Raynham.

Grieco did it again!! Thank goodness for Service Manager Keith Kramer. He brings a level of service you don't usually see anymore (plus many of the other staff was very helpful when Keith was not there). Overall, it's funny because I own a RAM but my warranty is through them. Hands down I feel like they have my back when it comes to repairs and working it through the warranty company. Thank you very much!!! (previous post: Bought my 2020 RAM and a warranty from Grieco. Have been to Grieco Ford twice with concerns about my truck. Both times I had Keith K., the Asst Service Manager help me. And every time I have come away 100% satisfied. He takes the time to listen, and then makes it his mission to get the issue corrected under warranty to help save me money. You would think that they wouldn't want to deal with a RAM at a Ford dealership but with Keith in your corner, you are in great hands!! (I should also give a shout out to their service technicians because they know what they are doing!). Thank you for great service.
