My technician Trevor did a great job, he was punctual and when I couldn’t be there right away he was patient and gave me no problems. He helped me with all my questions, cleaned all the glass out of my trunk , around the area that the glass has fallen and eased all my worries. He did a great job and was a gentleman and a half. I couldn’t have asked for better service, will definitely be using this company again and will be asking specifically for Trevor!

Alicia was great! She had great communication, was super friendly and did a great job repairing my windshield. I had a hard time even finding where the damage was once she had completed the repair. Excellent job and thank you!

The replacement windshield leaks, have to bring it into them now…waste of a day due to the fact they failed on the one task my insurance company assigned to them.

Apparently it's impossible to get through the automated agent to talk with anyone at the shop. Even when it says it will connect you with a representative it then says go to the website and then hangs up. I don't know if this is isolated to this specific location or just SafeLite in general.

I do not recommend anyone to use this service with this company, because I do not have good experience with this company, I have approval, everything is fine, on the day they come to my house to do the service but I did not like their professionalism, they removed my car window and put plastic on it, because they did not have another one to put on my car, I do not understand if a professional really did not have glass for my car, then why did he remove it from my car to put plastic on it, this is ridiculous, because the glass was safe, I lose 3 days of work because of their poor service, and the worst thing is that they do not offer any help with anything, not even with a phone call to report something, there is no communication, the worst experience of my life is hiring their service, and I do not recommend family or friends to them.

First, Safelite moved across the street. Both signs were still up, so it's the one next to Harbor Freight. The new facility is great! Spacious, small table for littles, water and coffee bar, tables and chairs so you can work while waiting if you want to. They took me on time, it was quick, the front desk person and the technician were polite (the tech wasn't too friendly, but he was polite). The job was done correctly--no problems, no issues.

They couldn't come to my home to replace my rear window because it is a power window. Perfectly understandable, not a problem. But then I drop the truck off and they say they can't replace the rear window because of my tonneau cover? Ok, weird, but i understand. So i ask if they could please just remove the cover (4 bolts) and do the repair since i live about 40 minutes away. They said they would check and call me back. That was at 10:30 a.m. 4 p.m. i didnt hear anything back from them. So i called and asked. The lady on the phone said she called me earlier in the day and left a voicemail stating that they could not remove my cover. That is a complete lie. I had my phone glued to my hip all day waiting on a call and never received one. If you can't do the service, that's fine. But lying to customers stating you called and left a voicemail when you never did? That's insane. All day i thought my window was getting replaced when it never was. Complete waste of time. Awful customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Noah was the technician ( from Raynham, Mass office location) that came to replace my front window. He was extremely professional, polite and courteous. Highly recommend him and the company! 5 stars!!

No one answered the phone, just a robot giving you options, no one called me back, the options I needed were not in the recording. Everything was press 1, press 2, press 4 etc. Glass America was same day service and fully completed. Don't believe safelite commercials, it's all bull. Call someone else.

I had Kyle come out and replace the windshield on my Jeep Gladiator. Could not have been nicer or more professional. He was welcoming upon arrival and immediately made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Great customer service skills and I would use again in a heart beat. Thanks again!
