I have been getting my nails done here for longer then I can remember and they always come out amazing! I've gotten acrylic 3 seperate times for months at a time, and Lonnie specifically has never done me wrong. these photos are my newest set and I'm obsessed!! she suggested them when I didn't know what to do and she definitely pulled through!!

My daughter and I came to get full sets put on, we checked in and waited about 15 mins. They took myself and my daughter over to the stations and started her. I then said and waited an hour before they acknowledged that I still hadn't been taken yet. After taking 2 other walks in after I had checked in and been seated. An hour and 20 mins after checking in and my daughter's nails not just being finished they told me it would be another 10 mins after checking in. I will never return here, beyond unprofessional and couldn't care less that I was still not helped.

I was visiting from out of state and my mom took me to this lovely salon which is her favorite for pedicures. I can see why! The staff is very kind and service oriented. I had Kenny and he had a very gentle touch and was very attentive when cutting the cuticles to make sure I wasn’t feeling any discomfort. The salon & employees have a calm vibe with soft music playing which I felt very relaxing. Would highly recommend!

I’m new to the area and have been looking for a salon to go to regularly but This was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. There was no attention to detail what so ever.
The guy I had seemed new and his technique could use improvement — one of my cuticles was cut, the nail polish application was too thick, and the “massage”/mudmask/scrub was poor quality. I was ready to walk out when another nail tech (possibly the owner) offered to finish the service. I was grateful but as you can see in the picture, the end product was just okay.
While I was there, another person had come back because her pedicure was chipping after only a week or so. I paid full price and was happy to do so because of product costs but I wasn’t even offered any form of compensation before leaving. I will not be returning.

I have been going to Lovely nails & Spa for almost two years now. All of the nail techs there do nothing but phenomenal work. I will never go to a different nail salon since going here! Lonnie did this brand new set for me for my vacation to Cancun. She made my inspo pic from Pinterest come to life! Do yourself a favor, stop searching which nail salon to go to and go here! ?

I don’t get my nails done regularly but , every 4 months I treat myself and this place always does an awesome job. While they aren’t going over the top with timing massages or starting the chair for you, they offer water, are kind and responsive, and do a great job every time. While I’ve only gone here 4-5 times, this is probably where I’ll get my nails done for my wedding since they are so reliable!
Cleanliness: So clean, it was really nice and sanitary.

Was a wonderful experience. We walked in but still got the full treatment and never felt rushed. All of the staff was friendly. They were also very proactive about our options and how each choice would affect the price. Very nice not to be surprised at the end. Overall a very relaxing time. Can’t wait to come back
Cleanliness: Was very clean. We walked in and they immediately scrubbed down two stations before setting them up for us.
Stylist: Tina was amazing. Really listed to what I wanted but also had great suggestions to get to the style I was going for.

The customer service / client care was phenomenal. I was a walk-in and waited 15-20 minutes, which is less than what I would expect as a walk-in on a busy Friday. I got a gel mani-pedi for $74. It was very relaxing. The tech opened a new sealed bag of sterile tools in front of me, which is nice to see. He checked in with me to make sure everything was ok (water temp, cuticle trimming, etc.). He also held/tucked in my chair among other nice gestures, very chivalrous. My nails came out lovely. I will go back and I recommend!
Cleanliness: Used new, sterile tools for each client.

is there a way to rate 0 stars? u need ur license revoked. me and all my friends nail look TERRIBLE. one of them look like they are about to fly away, i asked for square and got duck nails, and the last ones were super thick. absolutely never coming back.
