  Had some routine service performed and as always, the staff at Mastria Mazda was friendly, professional and accommodating. I could get service performed closer to home, but I choose to drive the extra hour for the Mastria experience.

He was responsive after the purchase and spent time showing me the features of the car when I came to take it home. His kindness and professionalism is so appreciated!

  I bought my Mazda CX 50 from here. From the second we got there we met with sales person Dylan and had a great experience. Not once did we feel pressured as you at some other dealerships, answered all my millions of questions with clarity. Once we agreed we spoke to the finance manager Ryan. I was nervous about some things but both Dylan and Ryan made me felt at ease. I signed everything but then then after thinking overnight I was regretting the color choice as well as the vin number had a series of numbers that I wasn’t comfortable with due to personal reasons. I asked the next day if I could switch. They had no issues and didn’t make me feel bad by having to do all the paperwork all over again. They made a dealer trade for me and I got a call from Ryan that they actually found me a better rate for me since we signed on late Saturday and banks were open on Monday. I picked the car up and Dylan spent so much time explaining all the new stuff that we did not have in current suv and made sure we understood everything. Everything was simple and hands down the best car shopping ever. Dylan and Ryan did not come off as pushy or shady as some other dealerships often door. I have told everyone I know to go there for car shopping! We will be needing a second trade soon and we are going back there even though they are an hour away. It is worth it trust me and go see Dylan and Ryan

  Easy , peasy,, friendly ,polite and efficient Just purchased our second car in a little over a year.First one was from Colin ,,this one was with Dylan with help from Kim . NO PRESSURE , EASY GOING AND RELAXED .No need for Costco or those clubs .

  Excellent service. I bought a pre-owned Mazda from them back in 2017 and after 225,000 miles, I knew I wanted another Mazda and because I had such a great experience with them the first time, I traveled the near hour drive to them again for my new 2025 car. Seamless process, friendly and accommodating staff, they were supportive of my needs and budget. They made it all work. They are also transparent about options and how things work - not your stereotypical “car salesman” personality. Makes a huge difference. Also important to note: they do not require you to come back to them specifically for service, etc. as some other locations do; you are able to get the same warranty/service benefits nationwide. Lastly, I highly recommend Kenney! He was wonderful to work with.

  Been coming here for a few years now and always leave satisfied. Paul is the best, hes very personable, is quick and efficient in helping with any issues that arise and hes super friendly! 10/10 recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Their lounge is always very cozy with snacks and coffee/hot chocolate.

  We are extremely happy with the service department at Mastria Mazda. We worked with Paul who was great.
  He was upfront and honest about every question we had, talked us through our different options. He kept us informed the entire time. It's a little bit of a travel, but I prefer this dealership over our local Mazda dealer. Again, we can not say enough POSITIVE things about this dealership, their service department, and salesmen. ALL ARE AMAZING and we highly recommend.
