5 stars are earned here!!!I have a 2017 subaru forester that needed a little tlc they got me right in within minutes i had a rental and i was updated the whole time with what needed to be done and how long it would take they even fixed some recalls on it!!! never been more satisfied with fixing my car and everyone i was in contact with had great customer service!!!

Take their 150 point inspection with a grain of salt. Be very careful purchasing a car from Mastria Subaru in Raynham MA. I purchased a 2017 Honda CR-V from them for the sale price of $15,902 with 130,961 miles. After two weeks of driving the car for only 1,036 miles the engine misfired and had to be replaced. There was significant oil sludge build up in the engine. The cost to diagnose and replace the engine was half the cost of the sale price. They held onto the car for 17 days to register it, I’m from out of state. And unfortunately for me the problem presented itself 2 days after the 30 day warranty was over. The video shows the engine of the car I purchased.

Horrible experience at this Subaru dealership. The customer service here is unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely frustrating to deal with. They lied and were trying to cover themselves for the horribly done service.
I was misled about the work being done, and when the service was completed, the results were extremely poor. Instead of being honest, they tried to treat me like I wouldn’t notice what was going on. They attempted to make it seem like I was uninformed and confused, claiming a part had already been there when it absolutely was not. I know my vehicle, and I know what I saw, this was clearly an attempt to mislead me rather than take responsibility.
As a loyal Subaru customer, the way I was spoken to and the lack of accountability was insulting and unacceptable.
Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. This location is not worth the stress.

Been buying vehicles for over 3 decades. Bought from many dealerships all over MA. Like most people it’s been a mixed bag of good and bad experiences, filled with those aggravating dealer tropes we all know too well.
This was as good and refreshing of an experience as I’ve ever had. Professional and clear conversation throughout the process, beginning to end.
The best thing I can say is that there was a feeling of goodwill negotiating. Everyone from the salespeople, to the sales and finance managers, presented themselves as polite, knowledgeable, and highly professional.
I went in randomly, not even necessarily wanting or needing a vehicle. But we made the purchase because of how these people treated us and how they carried themselves.
