Worst dealership ever.

Tried to return a leased chevy vehicle to McKay. They tried to charge a $700 fee (not for the vehicles condition, but for a 'return fee'). They assured me all leasing companies do this. I contacted GM financial who immediately informed me that there is no fee for returning leased vehicles, and that McKay was attempting to take advantage of me.
In addition, all sales people there were aggressive, beyond a typical car salesman.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I went in wanting to get a specific truck I tell my salesperson I do not want a hard credit check I just want to see what I prequalify for he reassured me I would not have a hard credit check. I said this 5-6 times. I call when I saw the credit check I spoke to a manager. Turns out my salesperson KNEW it was a hard check and lied to me Now I have a hard check on my credit and my score went down so now I’m stuck I did my research calculated what I needed to be in my monthly payment price range, was never told by my salesperson that I didn’t qualify for the major 8k rebate. And the monthly payment was 180 over what I calculated because of that. I went in with high hopes of a new truck and left with a lower credit score and a horrible taste in my mouth. Not to mention when this sales rep contacted me to ask if I was still interested I told him about the hard check and how he lied to me and couldn’t even apologize.

I’m extremely disappointed with this dealership.
Despite having a strong credit score, they pushed me into a loan with one of the highest interest rates available. No transparency, no explanation, and no effort to offer better financing options. It was obvious the priority was their profit, not the customer.
The overall experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. And the most ironic part?
After locking me into that high-interest loan, they asked me to take pictures with the car to show how “happy” I was… unbelievable.

Rich was great finding the right vehicle and options for me. Worked around my schedule and worked for the best deal available. I had issues with financing and registration portion though. I was told commercial plates wouldn’t be a problem however was not told I needed to have the financing under my business name for my commercial insurance to cover the vehicle. I was told the financing was finalized by the dealership and I couldn’t change it. I told them to do personal plates instead and they still did commercial under my name. Told me sort it myself at the RMV.

I decided to trade in my Chevrolet Tahoe after driving it since 2018, which was purchased at the same location. I had picked out a nice used 2022 Chevrolet Silverado that was being advertised at McKay Chevrolet. I was treated with the utmost respect by our salesman named Richard, and all the other members of the McKay Chevrolet team. My wife and I was pleased that it went very smoothly, no pressure by anyone and everything was completely out in the open. No hidden charges or fees that you didn't expect. I appreciate all at the dealership who were involved in our family's new purchase. Thanks

If you are looking for a chevy truck this is the place to go! They had tons of new and used to choose from. We weren’t sure what trim we wanted so this was great for us to see all the differences in person. They are also open on Sundays which was a huge for us as we have busy schedules. Ivan was so nice, helpful, and not pushy about us buying anything. Everyone else there was nice and happy as well. The buying process was quick and easy. We will be back for future vehicles and we will be telling all our friends and family to buy here.
