Service os BEST! Judy was great. Didnt try to oversell. Got my oil change and tires rotated. What a Dealer Service dept should be. Glad we have them available! Drove from home in CA.

I called spoke to a parts representative by the name of Matt and then later on Nate, both of them were fantastic. They expedited my order and made sure it shipped out right away. Purchased a used vehicle from them. The salesman, Ryan, was kind and helpful. The finance manager, was not the same. He was abrasive and rude. I can't help to think that his behavior was caused by the fact that I got my own financing, as he seemed less than thrilled about it.

Walk out for their online pricing you you will get there and they will tell you that they do not honor their Internet pricing when it is on their own website and you can click by now and get all the pricing right there in front of you that they will not honor

We purchased a preowned Kia Sportage from Mastria in November. It was used very little in Dec. By Jan 6 a very strange issue became evident with the passenger seat requiring the seat to be completely dismantled and removed by an auto upholstery company in South Carolina. I reached out to Derrick at Mastria, who returned my call within minutes. After forwarding pictures and the invoice for replacement of the seat, Rich Mastria, CEO of Mastria Automotive Group, called regarding our issue. Rich looked into the law problem, resolved the situation immediately and apologized for any inconvenience. MastrIa's concern and professionalism is very much appreciated.Beth R.

Just read about the popularity of the EV6 and the associated mark-ups. Steer clear of this dealership.....see my previous expe with the popular Telluride...... ended up buying an Explorer because I was so disgusted with this joke of an organization. They will certainly try and "bend you over the barrel" whenever they see fit. My advice....call around and find a dealer that will take MSRP if you order from the factory and be willing to wait. This money hungry dealership, led by incompitant management, will attempt to drain your wallet around every corner and push you aside if you don't play by their rules. You've been warned.

I bought a used car from Mastria Kia last month and couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the experience!! I found it online and reached out to the dealership. I set up a test drive and when I decided to purchase it, Dereck and Harlan made the entire process super smooth and painless. The finance department was also very helpful in getting me set up with a great monthly payment and on my way. I haven't purchased a car in 11 years and cannot get over how easy and pleasant they made the whole experience!
