I do not like the service that was provided with the new Management.I use to pay my bill on the 18th And then it switched to the first of the month my storage went up extremely high the late fees was crazy I stayed at that location for five years until this management started managing. I feel like it was a much better storage spot when the manager Lenny was there I also feel that you all need to realize there are other storages that will help you in a much professional and better way then your service that you offer. For the record I like Amy she’s OK ! Also I had mice all through my clothing and bags I had insurance but never put in the claim was just ready to get the hell out of the mice infested place I am now going to donate all my clothes to Salvation Army

Amy is the best. I could hang out with her all day. Just got my unit with her and was so happy with the price compared to what I’ve been paying over at ExtraSpace.
