And Vanessa was very friendly too and and Peter, they all made me feel like family. I was having a bad day, and I left Staples with a smile on my face.”

I came from the other FedEx location (just a few minutes from this location) and was so upset by the nasty customer service I experienced. I walked out and decided to try another location and I'm so glad I did. I was ready to boycott FedEx entirely and move the company's shipping services to UPS but Jaylen was so kind.
