I've been a Rockland Trust customer since they acquired Slades Ferry Bank. I couldn't be happier over the years. And last Saturday, when I slipped in a minute after closing, Kelley was still happy to fulfill my last-minute need. In a world where feeling like a number is typical, at my local branch, I still feel like a valued customer.

This has been my home bank for years and I have not had any issues until recently. I originally to have a CORI notarized and come to find out they spell my name incorrectly on the forms with my ID in front of them. When I called to ask what I should do they didn’t know. I then went to Swansea Rockland trust with a new CORI form and it was smooth as butter no issues name spelt right the lady was fabulous. Then I returned with new paperwork to the Raynham branch again and Jeanne Pichette refuses to sign it. The form was an I-9 form from the state with a letter that states a notary can sign this for the state as an acting party, since I’m going to be an employee of the state. Jeanne refuses to sign it saying she feels uncomfortable signing this even with a written letter from the commonwealth (my employer). I go to another Rockland trust and Kristen Frangioso was an absolute angel and signed the papers for me saying that her job is just to make sure I have the proper IDs which I did and she was extremely kind and nice. My mother (whom is battling cancer) then goes back to the Raynham branch and gets the same third degree that I did from Jeanne Pitchette about paper work she needs notarized for my special needs aunt. Jeanne refuses to sign the papers for her as well. Jeanne truly ruined the branch’s reputation for my mother and I and we will unfortunately go to different branches for a notary and banking needs. The Swansea and Milton branches were the saving grace in these situations and why I will stay banking with Rockland Trust. The Raynham Rockland Trust has just gone downhill.

The assistant branch manager Jeanne Pichette was so helpful and kind. Her demeanor was positive and joyful. She made a stressful situation a breeze. I loved working with her.

My Family and I have used RTC for more than half a century. Growing up I would walk to the bank with my mom in Rockland... now My local branch is here. They helped my daughter with building credit responsibly, they were great with getting currency for trips to Europe, and overall, I just like the human service I get every time when I go there.

There is no better bank in this area. Not so much because of any policies or benefits but because of the employees and its starts at the top. Michelle Simmons is beyond an amazing person and manager. I’ve been with this bank for years and as long as she is there I will remain a customer. She truly cares. Thank you

Jeanne Pichtte's service is excellent, my husband and I have been there on several occasions and the truth is that the workers have excellent education and customer service ? I would return to them a thousand times.

Love this bank! My Family has been using rockland trust for generations and I've always had great service! In this particular branch all the employees are very professional and friendly! Amy recently went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this bank!
