My check order was lost by the Postal Service. Pamela and Nicholas were extremely courteous, professional and helpful in ensuring that my account was secure and all my needs were met . All the employees at this branch were friendly and courteous. I will always bank with Santander Bank with such great employees.

I’m 1099 my boss literally writes me a check every 2 weeks. Every other Santander I go to is fine but for some reason this one gives me issues every time I go. They always find “something” wrong with the check. Today I had to drive back and forth from my bosses house 3 times because every time the “check was wrong”. And even then didn’t even get to deposit my check because by the time my boss wrote the 3rd, the bank was already about to close. The attitudes were disgusting. This branch is just genuinely bad. I’ve literally never had banking issues like this AT ALL until this experience. 1 star because there’s no -5 stars.

this bank just signed a bank cashiers check and charged 8.00 then they wouldnt cash it !!! they signed a check they couldnt cash but they charge 8.00 for a bank check !!! they were so rude

The people at the branch are all friendly besides one guy. He works in the office part. I'm pretty positive his job is to help people with any banking issues. His customer service is awful. I went in for a few questions and issues and he never seems to want to help, you can hear it in his attitude over the phone and in person. He will tell you that there's nothing he can do no matter what the problem is. Its still questionable what his job is or what he even does all day.
