Customer service is the reason I don’t stop here anymore, and that’s why this place is empty and Cumberland Farms is very busy, it starts at the top therefore it’s not an employee problem it’s an establishment problem.

Unfortunately, I stopped here on my way home from dinner. The store itself was fine but the gentleman working was over the top unfriendly. I don't expect much from gas station employees but as one human to another in a customer-employee environment I would think he would pretend he didn't hate his job and every person that entered the establishment. As I walked in I greeted with a hello, to no response. No big deal, maybe he did not hear me. I grabbed my ice cream and walked up to the register and said hello again and asked how he was doing, to which he gave me a dirty look and did not answer again. As I left I told him to have a good night and again,no answer and a rotten look. Someone should check in on this guy, I honestly think he might need a hug or something. I wish him the best but I will not stop here again.

I'm a regular customer at this Broadway location in Raynham. On 11/13/23 @ 5:45pm, I went in to get gas and was denied because I didn't have a bill smaller than $ 20.00. The cashier said " if you don't have anything smaller than $20.00, I can't help you" Don't you have anything smaller than $100.00?". No sir, I don't, if I did I would use it. The interesting partis that the week prior,I went in to get gas and used a 50.00 bill.There is no sign posted in the store that states they do not accept large bills. The cashier was very rude and it was not the first time I've encountered his unprofessionalism.

Don't order Uber from here. They always ALWAYS cancel. Don't bother trying to call. They leave their phone off the hook.

I can't complain about this gas station. They sell coffee (any size) for $1.80.The coffee is fresh ground as well so it is not sitting there like you might find at some other gas station/convenient stores. They have a friendly staff as well. I usually head into the store about once or twice a week for coffee on my way into work. I would recommend this place.

The only gas station in town with a permanently “out of order” bathroom. And the staff isn’t very friendly. I’ll pay the extra .03 per gallon at the Mobil across the street for better service.
