I am handicapped and an associate from Staples came to my car, took my credit card, purchased what I needed and brought it to me. This courtesy saved me time and a lot of pain as well. This is the only store to offer me this service.

It baffles me every time I try to ship from here. 4-5 people behind the counter and not only will they not acknowledge your existence, and make you wait- but why does it take 3 of them to look at the same computer at the same time to resolve an issue? Lastly- why are they so SLOW with every thing?

Dani (sp?) at the UPS counter truly went above and behind to ensure we could return an expensive package that had to be sent in today. I showed up without what was needed and she was SO helpful. Laura also helped us on more than one occasion. These ladies really know how to provide excellent customer service. We will be back! Thank you!

Unless you are dropping off an Amazon package to return, all the employees at the printing counter are useless. They prioritize taking packages before their Staples customers. Never print here and need to pick up. This store will be closed soon anyway.

I went to Staples today to make an Amazon return. I did not have the return label. Dane was the employee who processed my return. She was quick and very efficient. I was very impressed with her expertise ! I also have to compliment her demeanor . Dane was patient, kind , and did my return with a great smile !Dane only works there on weekends, so that’s when I will go !

Y'all be careful printing here. The service is great, but the default paper "standard" is quite expensive at 74 cents per page. Go to the settings and choose "economy" at 19 center per page.

They gave away my printing order. Then associate walked away, left me with no info. After almost 2 hours I still did not have what they notified me was ready for pickup. They redid the order, but list good part of my day, they really did not even tell me they was reprinting the order, just left me at counter.

Ben is probably one of the best workers I’ve met! He was so accommodating and helped me! We couldn’t find what I was looking for however he definitely deserves a raise! Happy Monday ??
