“Hello. Long time customer of different locations, first time using the app and the cape rd . Location in Taunton. The facility was spotless and very organized. I can not say enough positive things about the uhaul employee who was working behind the counter when I walked in . He was unbelievably professional in his appearance and his actions. He treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. He was also incredibly, friendly, polite and all and all was actually a pleasure meeting him . My only regret was that I didn't catch his name. Whoever was the employee working behind the counter yesterday between 11am to 3pm (the times I was there for pickup and drop off) was incredible. I truly can't say enough positive things about my entire experience from start to finish dealing with that particular employee and the 35 Cape rd location in Taunton.
