“I have only great things to say about Fernando and his whole team at Columbia Auto Body from the lovely women who work in the office to the guys in the shop. About a month ago, I had a bit of a run-in with a deer in my Chevy Trailblazer and was not going to bother fixing the damage to the hood as it was minor, didn't affect how my car drove, and I didn't want to waste my deductible going through insurance. I brought it to the dealership, and they suggested that I speak with Fernando. He kindly pointed out something minor could turn into a bigger issue down the road so he did a quick assessment on a Friday and got me in first thing on Monday morning. The whole process was so easy. My car was finished sooner than anticipated, right on budget (and cost less than my deductible would have been, score!), and saved me the hassle of ever having to deal with the insurance. Not to mention the staff detailed my car - both inside and out - despite them not even needing to go inside the car to get their work done. It was such a nice surprise! My car hasn't looked that good since I drove it off the lot... I've even had multiple people ask if I got a new car (it looks THAT good). I highly recommend and would gladly use Columbia Auto Body again (though I hope no more deer encounters are in my future). Thank you so much to everyone there who made the experience simple and stress-free - you are all awesome!”

“Used these guys for a cross country transport job. John was awesome! Great communication, got the car here with not a scratch on it. They were $150 cheaper than the next cheapest place I could find and I did about 10 quotes. Definitely consider them, especially for a Florida job.”

“I was extremely happy with the service. Marina was very helpful, she took care of everything with the insurance portion. She even picked up the vehicle for me since I did not have a ride to get back home. The other shop I went to could not take my car for another month ! Marina made sure to let me know she could help me with taking my car immediately. The car looks brand new. Thank you Marina and ICC Team !”

“Some serious repairs were needed after a hit-and-run. The entire bumper of my Suburban and the left passenger side corner panel were severely damaged and needed a full replacement. My friend recommended it, and Progressive also endorsed it. They handled it wonderfully. It took roughly three weeks for everything to be completed. Although I repeatedly requested updates on the progress, the truck I got upon retrieval seemed as good as new. They did a great job, and I highly recommend it.”

“This place is a rare find. We were referred here by a friend. They were amazing! They needed a specific part of the car and got it rushed to them the same day and did not charge extra, actually came in cheaper than quoted. Next time I had an issue they figured it out without a part needed and unlike other places did not even charge for the diagnostic. I highly recommend stopping by. They will be the cheapest by far and just focus on the issue, not tacking on as many charges as they can .”

“I was in a very scary situation in my car, Stopped and dead locked me in it. It was an entire crazy experience I am very thankful turned out ok. The police called EJM to tow my car as it couldn’t be moved from the road. He came, towed my car but mostly I was so appreciative of how kind and concerned he was. He even followed up with me the next day. The service was great, the price was more than fair and he was kind, patient, very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone :)”

“I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service in a timely manner at extremely fair prices. I use this company for towing my travel trailer around. The owner is a great guy helped me out when I purchased my trailer (from seprate conpany) and showed me how to set everything up and told me to give him a call if I had any questions or concerns. I didn't even purchase from him and he's been amazing help. Again would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and very fair prices.”

He got to me so fast and was extremely professional and well mannered I was already stressed out about what was going on with my car, and he was so nice! He explained everything to me and made the whole situation feel way less stressful. I really hope AAA and Magz recognizes Duilio because he deserves it. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and being good at his job. Thank you so much, Duilio!! (:”

It is very rare to meet a pleasant customer service professional in the towing business. While I was out receiving my items from my vehicle, Andy was more than helpful as well. Highly recommend this towing company.!”
