Walmart Supercenter offers convenient online grocery ordering with free pickup for all and free same-day delivery for Walmart+ members. Customers can order fresh groceries, including organic produce, at the same low in-store prices with no mark-ups. The service includes a Freshness Guarantee, and SNAP EBT cards are accepted. Associates hand-pick the orders, and customers can use the app to choose a pickup time, check in, and have their groceries brought to their car. However, experiences with in-store shopping vary. Some employees are noted as helpful and professional, with specific praise for outstanding customer service assistance with past purchases and warranties. Others find employees readily available to answer questions about item locations. Conversely, several reviews cite issues with staff, describing some workers as rude, miserable, or impolite, with a lack of available help. Complaints also mention long checkout waits, even at self-checkouts, with a sentiment that prices are not as low as perceived and that the grocery department often feels sold out with undesirable inventory. Despite this, the store is generally less busy on weekdays compared to other locations.
