I read a nice article about this boutique and decided to check it out. When I entered the staff was helping another customer , she then proceeded to the front and never acknowledged me . I continued shopping, still no acknowledgement even after I smiled and we made eye contact, just a look. Being unfriendly is bad business.

Aine's is the best! I recently got a cute blue dress and two necklaces. The service is impeccable, everyone is so helpful and nice. Highly recommend!

It's hit or miss. The staff is somewhat helpful. Not as warm and welcoming as the first time I've been in. I've purchased some items but find it's difficult to shop because everything is squished in as it's a small shop.

I love this little hidden gem in downtown Reading! It’s my go-to for gifts, and accessories like jewelry and handbags. Also they are so great at helping me to pick outfits and put things together.

I love this store. There is always so many statement pieces and fun accessories. Plus, even when I order online, things come wrapped in pink tissue paper and I feel like I am opening a present. Amazon is convenient, but getting a personal touch with my package is a joy!

This is such a lovely boutique in Reading, MA. The employees are all very friendly and helpful and they offer a great range of sizes. If you’re looking for a cute and trendy outfit or a gift for a girlfriend you should stop by this wonderful shop.

Sadly, Aine's discriminates. I have heard this from others locally! Aine's boutique owner/ staff will give shoppers "the look", or follow shoppers around the store in expectation that they are not trustworthy, or verbally ask them not to shop there by means of sending a police officer to that persons' house.....simply because they did not "fit the profile" of who should be shopping at this "prestigious" store. Hence, I would recommend NOT to shop at this store!

Cute store! They were having a great sale and was able to grab an adorable top to wear for my upcoming birthday. Definitely worth checking out, just know the store is down the alley depending on where you park! I was a little confused when looking for the storefront.

What a beautiful store, don't let the size distract you, it's chock full of everything you'd ever go to a large department store for and prices are very reasonable. Love browsing through as I always find something that I want to buy - sometimes more! I frequent often as new stock is brought in every week!

I have spent a lot of money at Aines Boutique over the past year and was known to staff and owner. I WAS WRONGFULLY ACCUSED of stealing merchandise on a day that I BOUGHT merchandise from their store...They banned me from the store even though there is no evidence of stealing and made a claim based off a biased assumption. The owner and staff's approach to the situation was appalling as a cop showed up to my door to verbally tell me I am not allowed in the store anymore even if they had no evidence of stealing. Something I WOULD NEVER DO. Very unhappy and feel the staff stereotypes and profiles individuals based on their age and looks of whether they can afford their merchandise or not. It's unfortunate.
