Started going to Ciao Bella Nails when I moved to Reading mid-2024 and have never looked back! I've definitely found my go-to nail spot. Super accessible right in the middle of downtown, by the CVS. It's a clean, simple space. Love the ladies here, they are all so friendly and sweet (shoutout to my girl, My, who always does my nails!)
Prices are affordable on average for a really good long-lasting dip powder manicure. I only get solid colors on natural nails, no special designs or anything. But my nails are strong, are able to grow really long and last 3-4 weeks, no problem! Even at times when a nail or 2 break, they can add a little extension to fix and match your other nails.
Also, it's really easy to schedule appointments in advance, that's always how each appt. ends so you're good and set for next time you need a mani/pedi.
Overall, it's clear that everyone that goes here loves it and has been going here for the longest time.

This place is incredibly disrespectful. They made my best friend cry for being two minutes late and proceeded to mock her as she left the establishment. Do not go to this business as you can find businesses with more compassion in the same area.

I think the warmth and hospitality is 10 stars here. They were welcoming accommodating and very friendly. My pedicure was excellent start to finish. My toes look fabulous and I am going to be coming back! Don't miss this gem in downtown reading.

I have been a customer for 12 years and would not go anywhere else! My is my nail technician and she has been doing my acrylic nails and pedicures all this time. I have tried other salons and in different states and none can even compare. I have been spoiled by My's excellent expertise and truthfully no-one else can even remotely compete. Her pedicures are incredible and she takes the time to perfect everything. I can't say enough great things about My and this salon. Julie and Mary are also excellent technicians. It's difficult to get an appointment sometimes because they are always booked. That speaks volumes! Look no further this is your nail salon!!!

Julie is the best! My daughter and I came in for a pedicure and polish changes. I have also seen Julie for gel nails. We'll definitely be back!
