This CVS location is a mess. Every time I visit the pharmacy, the staff are extremely rude and act like I’m asking for a huge favor just by being there. There’s always a long line, and they’re clearly short-staffed. It’s frustrating and disappointing — especially since I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. Sadly, I’ll be taking my business to another location.

Made Appointment for COVID VAC day before. Arrived 15 minutes ahead. Everyone was helpful & professional. I was in and out in 5 minutes time. It was a very pleasant experience. AA

Went in for passport photo and for copy documents. Passport photo failed to meet the criteria while the staff insisted it’s good. It got wasted. The other staff didn’t even know how to copy and had to call for help, still end up not getting it done. Time and money wasted!

RUDE and INADEQUATE STAFF. CVS should stop the photo service. The highly inept staff doesn’t know how to click pictures/edit them. Inspite of telling them the photo background should be clear white without lines they just don’t care. After the picture was clicked I asked the guy in the counter if I can see the picture he said ‘I don’t want to as people come here and become indecisive and also the process takes 10 minutes and if I have to go through you it will take 20 minutes and I don’t have time for that’.He’s a young person and clearly needs to learn etiquettes on how to treate a customer! Unfortunately, my photo got rejected at the post office while submission where they mentioned the background had lines and can’t accept it. So, basically $19 got wasted.

Janet in the pharmacy is extremely rude and has no manners. She talks to customer in an abrasive fashion. Never says hi how are you just what do you want. This is not how you should treat people. Also the hours are very limited here and it’s mostly self checkout which creates huge lines

Just a really bad attitude from the staff. My doctor wrote an Rx which was perfectly valid but they got all nasty about how it couldn’t be right. Turns out it was.

Danielle in the pharmacy is a life saver. After being discharged from the hospital, Lahey was unable to provide me with one of my needed prescriptions. Danielle went out of her way to call the hospital and get an on call doctor to allow me to get my much needed prescription. I had a terrible week stuck in the ICU and Danielle helped me feel a little better about it all. Thank you.
