Just a really bad attitude from the staff. My doctor wrote an Rx which was perfectly valid but they got all nasty about how it couldn’t be right. Turns out it was.

Danielle in the pharmacy is a life saver. After being discharged from the hospital, Lahey was unable to provide me with one of my needed prescriptions. Danielle went out of her way to call the hospital and get an on call doctor to allow me to get my much needed prescription. I had a terrible week stuck in the ICU and Danielle helped me feel a little better about it all. Thank you.

Danielle in the pharmacy is amazing! She went above and beyond to call our insurance company to make sure my daughter got her prescription. I have never had a pharmacist take the time and care that she has provided.Danielle, truly THANK YOU!!

Pharmacy team needs to be replaced. Why does everyone back there need to take a lunch break from 1:30-2... everywhere else rotates so there's no closing time. Got there at 1:25 and the gate was already up, and the woman was very rude. Very, very inconvenient. Im going to be late to work now because my father just got out of the hospital and needs his heart medication. Going to be taking his lengthy prescription list somewhere else. She also said she couldn't do anything because "the system shuts down" ... blatant lie.

The store clerk yelled at our 5 year old autistic son for touching the glass and when my wife tried to explain that he's non-verbal the clerk and store manager yelled at her until she left the store in tears. Truly awful. Will never set foot again

Pharmacy team needs to be replaced. Such poor customer service in so many ways. Overall, needs to be nicer. Was asked to speak louder when giving name of medication I was there to fill, felt really embarrassed to have to shout out the name of the medication. :( Waited for my daughter's medication to be filled and thought I needed to stand in line in order to have them check her name again, lady at cashier waved at me to move out of the way, saying "there's people in line BEHIND YOU". I said "I know, I'm in line too." She said "we already have your prescription and are working on it". I said, "How was I supposed to know that, you never told me!" :(( Just rude, and unhelpful customer service. Will be changing pharmacies and going to a different CVS, only when necessary.

I do not write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to caution pharmacy customers to go elsewhere to have your prescriptions filled. The staff is extremely rude and nasty. My husband and I are retired seniors. Today, we walked to the Reading CVS to pick up a prescription. We knew that they closed for lunch, so we hustled and got there at 1:29 according to our cell phone! Woohoo! We were relieved and happy to have gotten there in time. All we needed was for the clerk to grab the bag. It was ready for pick up. Done before 1:30. But the clerk pulled the gate down in our face as we stood in front of her! She said she was taking her lunch break. We were stunned and talked to her through the bars but she just kept saying she was on break and she turned her back on us, leaving us shocked! It was spiteful so nasty. I understand everyone needs a break, but it would have taken a minute to complete the transaction. We had no choice but to walk back home dumbfounded. We are transferring all our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Sent from my iPad
