Birthday gift for a friend with two cats. I honestly did not know that you could send a cat safe arrangement. What a great idea! Arrangement was chock-full of the most beautiful flowers expertly arranged. Just stunning. I am a repeat Nellie's customer. Trust me. I had ordered a floral arrangement and when there was a problem, they offered a refund or a new arrangement. The new arrangement, delivered within 24 hours, was more beautiful than the first!!
