Whole staff is awesome! I had a bit of an emergency and called them after another salon coloring my hair wrong. I didn’t really want to go back which is why I gave J Michael’s a call. They took me right in and fixed it which made me the happiest person ever and i will be going to them from now on. Thank you so much!!!!

I see Morghann! She does an amazing job and with her being a newer stylist I love that all of the other staff are so sweet to her and her clients and always willing to help her learn and answer her questions! An amazing salon with amazing staff!

I have been going to this salon for years now and have always had a great experience. I see Cristina for a haircut and always leave happy. The entire staff is always warm and welcoming, the salon is very clean and is located in the perfect location. I would recommend J Michaels to anyone!

I could not be happier with my haircut! I made an appointment 30 min before, April was able to take me. She did a fantastic job, this was probably the best haircut I got in a decade! When I saw the smile of a lady who got a haircut before me, I knew I was going to be in good hands! The salon was clean and the front desk staff member was super friendly. I will be back!

The salon uses Kevin Murphy products (for coloring and for shampoo/conditioner etc.) and uses I Straight for the thermal reconditioning. Both lines are the best options out there quality wise. I have seen Cristina for a color twice (once demi and once semi), a cut (ends trimmed) and once and for thermal reconditioning (Japanese Straightening). Cristina is lovely and did a great job on my hair with each visit. I already made my next appointment. I highly recommend her. I have seen April once for my eyebrows. I told her I just wanted my two eyebrows to look the same as one another. She knew what few hairs to remove to make that happen. I could not have asked for a better result. I already made my next appointment. I highly recommend her.

I just moved to New England from Santa Barbara CA where I had been seeing the same stylist/colorist for 20 years. My former hair guru was amazing and this was my biggest fear in moving! April at J Michaels has now colored and cut my hair 3 times and she has not disappointed! She is open to color matching, great with making suggestions, and just a fun person to spend a few hours with! I highly recommend the salon. Everyone is welcoming and professional!
