What an absolute joke your pharmacy isn't open on Sunday, Whose bright idea is this? Don't take refills requests for Sunday pick up if you don't open SUNDAYS and most certainly don't forget to mention it. I feel bad for your company. No wonder you're losing millions year over year.

For the 3rd time since going to this specific Walgreens location I have been given less pills in my controlled substance prescription than it is written. I have been getting this medication for over 10 years and this pharmacy is the only one that this has happened. The one time it didn’t was when I asked the pharmacist to count the pills in front of me, and warned them I would be requesting this. Something shady is going on at this Walgreens and I don’t trust them one bit. I will be filing a formal complaint with the manager.

It seems that this store is in the business of making client’s lives a nightmare. I have been trying to get a $200 western union order for a week and keep getting the runaround. The register designated for Western union never has enough funds despite me calling multiple times a day and being told to call later or come later. Every time I call the people answering the phone have to check with a manager yet nothing seems to be done about it. Today I spoke with someone from management that told me it is at the stores discretion to allow a loan for the register for me to get the $200, which is fine but not after a week of being told to call or show up at a later time to get the money. Such a waste of time and ridiculous customer service support.

I only use Walgreen for western union money transfers or medication pickup, until today 4/10/2024 I used to have good experience, but today I went to do money transfer at 8:30 pm, the two ladies said they dont do transfers after 8 pm, I said, I did it before in this branch after 8 pm but the lady insisted, I-went back home and check the other receipt and found that i still have a good memory, not sure why the two ladies lied?? But definitely urgent money transfers can’t have such experience! Hope they stop lying to customers for the sake to not to work.

Sadly, this pharmacy has moved to a fill and "ship to the store" policy and most prescriptions take 1-4 days to fill. If you don't mind the wait the folks here are nice, but the company appears to want to lose customers. I'm changing pharmacies. Sorry Walgreens!

The pharmacy has gone downhill recently. The male pharmacist who is normally there during the day is aggressive and seems to be looking to have an angry interaction with the customers. They lose prescriptions and then put it on you to rectify their mistake. I’m changing pharmacies. Thought I would give them a few chances and today was the last straw.

My wife called Walgreens in Reading About a prescription and the staff member was abrupt and condescending, almost started screaming ! My wife is not confrontational so there was no need for this behavior! Don't need that kind of attitude not worth the savings! We will go back to CVS where the staff is always very helpful and friendly!
