I’ve been using this bank since I was 12 years old and I’m now 18. They have locked me out of my bank account three times now, all during this pandemic. I have had, with no exaggeration, ZERO access to any of my money. I went three times, went through the same process three times, just to leave and try and use my card somewhere else for it to read “invalid pin”, and have to find time to come back. So I returned for the third time this past Friday. I got to the bank at 12pm. I sat in line for an hour. Not because of a long line, but because one lady had five different transactions- and sent it all in one at a time. Now mind you, the first time I went to get my card fixed, they told me that I was going to take too long& that I needed to pull around front and wait for them to signal me back. I waited for 45minutes, while cars came and went through the drive through. If I could give them zero stars I would, the only good thing I have to say is the employees are polite but they have caused so much chaos in my life for the past month and a half.

I dislike this location very much. Some employees are very kind and do a wonderful job. And some seem like they don't even know what they're doing. The manager was very rude to me on several occasions. She treated me very unfairly when I asked to get printed bank statements for a loan approval. She pretty much denied me, and embarrassed me in front of everyone. I didn't have ANY issues getting this paperwork when going to the north attleboro location. I refuse to go back. I'll drive out of my way to be treated with fairness and respect. I'm Very disappointed because I've always had an amazing experience with BCSB in north attleboro & everywhere else.

I am in there every week sometimes multiple times a week a am always impressed and pleased with how well mannered and how fast they work when I asked for a certain amount in certain bills they always do there best to get me what I asked I am very satisfied that I chose this bank and decided to have them as a main bank
