“The store manager at Rue21 Emerald Mall was AWESOMENESS at her finest this holiday season. I can't remember her name, but she went out of her way to ensure I had the best shopping experience in her store. She was a thin, but mature woman who knew her stuff :-). She even took the shirt I wanted (Betty Boop) off the manikin and sold it to me. At check out she reminded me of the current sale so I went to get another shirt, she then told me of some matching sweats. Of course I got them and told her to please let me go or else I'd buy the entire store. We laughed, she thanked me and I thanked her. It's Christmas today and my daughter LOVED the purchases I made there. Thank you for the excellent customer service!”

At 3:45 (no later) I arrived at the shop, sign said they were open and close at 4 but the door was locked and no one was there. If I had needed a time-consuming thing I wouldn't be as bothered but I just needed a white shirt, 5 minute job...”

“Great customer service! One of the employees greeted me as soon as I came in and even checked in the back for my size in some items! Both of the employees working in the front of the store seemed more than happy to help and even suggested articles of clothing for me and another customer! The atmosphere was very relaxed and I felt comfortable enough to make small talk with the employee cashing me out! I wish there was a direct website I could send my review so that both the employees that were working at the time some recognition for their great customer service!”

Always greets you with a smile as you walk through the door. Molly the manager there is another reason for my returning buisness. She always remembers my name as I walk through that door and even remembers my go to time to make it as speedy as possible. The prices are very competitive to places I've been around the area but there is no other place I'd trust my suits and clothes to go. Not to mention the convenient location right off 44 and next to my favorite Dunkins. Keep up the great work! And strongly recommend you give them your business!”
