“Daniella and Surgeio are very friendly staff. I’ve been coming to this laundromat since they have opened and Daniella and Surgeio are top tier! They take pride in what they do here and the place is ALWAYS spotless. Really good spot to do laundry if you can’t do it at your own home. Self serve coffee, couches if you don’t want to sit at a table on hard chairs. Highly recommend Laundromax on Central Ave.”

“This laundromat is exactly what I have been looking for!! Clean, reliable, friendly attendants, machines work, just an overall amazing vibe. I've used the wash dry and fold service a few times. It is a game changer if I am short on time, which is all the time. I have saved so much time, time that I can now devote to the gym, running errands and food shopping, walking the dog more, and relaxing on the weekend instead of folding! The new owners are fantastic. You can really tell they take pride in owning this place. Love it here, 5 stars. Wash dry and fold service is exceptional! Prices are great. And they have a cute kids corner.”
“The place is sparkling clean. I’ve been a customer here for about nine years and I drive back-and-forth from Plainville because they take care of me. They clean my laundry and fold it super nice. People are nice and service has always been great, And now it’s even better with the electronic text for service complete notifications, and that is clutch for me. It was good before, but now it’s a slam dunk. Good equipment. I own a washer and dryer but I’m never home and the price is extremely reasonable. ???????”
“I WANTED TO GIVE THEM A 3.5 STAR. Most of the time they are reliable, as long as you give them the time they ask. BUT, beware of white dry cleaning!! Also, THEY ARE NOT forth coming about stains they have problems with!!”

“Unfortunately, my washing machine needs to be replaced. This morning I went to Delkin on RT 138 in Somerset. I haven’t done laundry in a laundromat for over 20 years! So I went in, knowing that I probably wouldn’t understand the whole new process. This Wonderful lady, Cathy, who was the staff on duty was so gracious to me and so helpful. I was completely blessed by her. She patiently walked me through the process of using 3 washing machines at the same time! I just want to give Cathy a shout-out and Thank her again for being there This morning!”
“The lady is very nice. The prices are posted but for my 2 normal jackets, it's $15 each to be dry cleaned. Standard turnaround is about 1 week but they can do it faster for no additional charge if you ask.
They do not accept credit cards for transactions under $25 but you can pay at pick up.”

“I like this laundromat ... And I've been to many in the 10 years I've lived in the area. It's clean, spacious, easy to reload the card, and the employees I've come across are always working hard and have amazing attitudes. Honestly they probably deserve raises, you don't always see that these days. It's not the closest laundromat to me but I continue make the trip.”

“Emily's is such a godsend. She and get crew work wonders and have really done some great work for me and fam over the years - everything from old vintage suits to jeans to wedding gowns they seem to be able to do it all, and generally with remarkable turnaround.
I've come here with clothes several times over the years and never had anything but a great experience. I'm astonished Emily's doesn't have solid five stars- I'd give her SIX if I could.”

“I love this place. I have been coming here for about 3years now. However, I must ask… what’s up with the restroom being out of order for 3 weeks now??? Maybe more , as I come to do my laundry here every two weeks. It’s has been OUT OF ORDER then for about a month. What about the ppl that work here? Where are they using the restrooms if they are “OUT OF ORDER”?!?! Come on now!!! #Disappointed. :(”

“The attendant keeps it clean there. There were not many people when I went which is a surprise because this chain of laundromat is always packed. I went to another on Winthrop St and there were no washing machines. This one is smaller laundromat and there aren't as many washers. On the plus side they do have the regular size washers.”
“I had an alteration emergency with my daughter’s dance competition costume. The owner was so nice and accommodating. They rushed it, and it was done beautifully. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and experience. I found my new tailor. Highly recommend!!Service: Alterations”

“To be honest this is a great laundromat I think the prices are pretty fair although I miss the old people that worked there I think they made it comfortable and they were very friendly one person who still is the chase she is awesome and definitely makes this business what it is I would however like the old people back but it is what it is”
“I had a slight rip in my Patagonia coat. They charged me a very fair price of only eight dollars. They fixed my coat and returned it in like new condition in a little less than 24 hours. The cashier was kind and professional and the women doing the sewing appeared to have great expertise in their craft. I’m very grateful for them. I will return if I need more things stitched.
Also my coat had a little salt on it they were kind enough to get the salt off without me having to ask. They went above and beyond for me and I am extremely thankful.”
