This place sucks. They have many items advertised on Offer-Up. I've sent messages 3 times asking if an item is still available and nobody ever responded to any of the messages. Very unprofessional! There should be an option for a zero star rating!!!

I bought a 3 step stepladder two weeks ago. After 10 days of use, a rubber tip broke on a leg. That leg was all rusted on the bottom.I contacted the store & was told all sales are final but she could exchange it for another stepladder. There were no other 3 step stepladder at the store.Buyer beware.
