This local, organic practice (they left off jumping through hoops for certification a year or so ago) little farm is a gem. Their farm store stocks fresh produce and free range eggs, but just visiting is nourishing. Whether for a full grocery trip or for a quest to find some neat home-baked treat, or spice mix, you're bound to come out of the trip better than you want in.For low-income, etc. they also take SNAP/EBT/HIP. Owner is always wonderful.

Carefully inspect the corn you purchase. Ours had worms. This place is lovely and has an abundance of beautiful fresh produce. The wonderful scent of homemade potpouri that they sell. A large array of homemade baked goods and other products. However, there was a problem with the corn we purchased last weekend. When we came home and husked the corn many ears had rotted parts and most of the corn had worms. Not just one or two, but lots. My first time seeing worms in corn. Maybe the corn was left unpicked too long? The positive is no pesticides obviously and our chickens had a great corn feast. We do plan on returning next year, just not in late August. We also will husk the corn there and advise others to do the same.

I wanted a very specific look for my son’s birthday party and when I saw photos of this farm I knew it would be perfect! The venue owners were so great helping set up and the grounds are beautiful. The party exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to the next one!

Family owned farm with a quaint shop on site. You open the door to fresh scent of homemade sweet muffins…..there is a vast assortment of homemade specialty goods( food, candles and even hand knit mittens). They have several rooms and there a second floor! I highly recommend if you are in the area to visit the amazing family run farm.
