Extremely positive experience with SSE…they were able to pick up my broken snow blower within 24 hrs after I called and, even with a pending nor’easter, were able to repair and deliver it in a couple of days. They communicated with me throughout the process concerning cost, delivery times, etc. and every person I dealt with was personable and professional.

Very knowledgeable on all machines. He goes out of his way to make sure it is done correctly. And he makes sure the owners are understanding on how busy he is but not rude at all!!

Ryan is a FRAUD!!!I brought a Pressure washer to him to change the cracked water pump that was still under the manufacturer warranty, I was waiting for him to claim it for long time, he never called me, I used to call him to ask about it, the answer was always the same. “I still waiting for the company approval.”After a long time waiting, I called and told me. The claim was denied. I went there to a week later to get my equipment and he said that it wasn’t there anymore because I took to long: but never called me.I lost my $450.00 dollars machine.

I have done business with Ryan for years. He is very knowledgeable, always has my machines ready in a timely manner and done right. A lot of comments say he is rude, that however is not the case. Ryan is a tough guy who gets right to the point and some people just can’t handle that. I personally have seen people bring machines to him that look like they picked it up at a scrap yard and expect him to have it run like it’s brand new, and then wonder why he is in a bad mood when they call in a couple days expecting him to drop all other work and focus only on their machine. If you want your machines fixed right, in a timely manner, with good factory parts and not Amazon knock-offs seekonk small engine is the place to go.

Somewhat in a pinch to start the new year so called for service, mower was picked up within a couple days (Thursday) and returned the following Monday and serviced perfectly. Pick-up delivery gentleman Dan was great, owner provided completed details on the servicing. Highly recommended!

Ryan is a FRAUD !!!!!!!!! Charged me $263.00 to fix my leaf loader.Said it needed a valve adjustment,carburetor cleaning,and a spark plug. When I go to pick it up he had it running on my trailer outside.So I joking say you fixed it.Ryan says it would not stay running when you got here.So I paid the $263. The next day I started it up to vacuum leaves and it shut off again.So I was not happy. I start looking at it and I see this wire that is almost cut in half. It was the safety switch wire spliced it together all fixed. Did not need $263.00 of work it was the kill switch that when it vibrates the wire would come loose and shut down.Not the valve the carbon or spark plug.DO NOT GO HERE

I dropped off my log splitter which was leaking hydraulic oil profusely from the end of the cylinder. They called back and said it looked like it needed a seal kit and the Brute Manufacturer would not provide them with it or was unavailable. I personally was able to contact manufacturer and they sent me the seal kit which I provided to SES.Bottom line is that they were able to fix the leak and 3 weeks after dropping it off I’m splitting firewood again leak free. Thanks Ryan.Cost was a little pricey but there are few places that will work on equipment unless they have to under warranty.

No no no no….stay away…fraud!!Says he replaced an engine in my walker with a new one, 2 years and $3000 later im having the same issues..how can a new motor with less than 200 hours on it in 2 years have the same exact issue a motor with 2400 hours on it have? Answer…ding ding ding, he never replaced it with a new motor!! he patch fixed it to get me by and charged me for a new motor. Also if there was a new motor installed than a new wiring harness should have been installed??This guy is a fraud and has a bad attitude for a business owner
