My son's Kia Soul was having electrical issues and he gave us some advice as he was very behind and couldn't get to us quickly and we tried to fix it at home but still wasn't working. We then had it towed to his shop and originally it was going to be a couple weeks but he diagnosed it within a day at an extremely reasonable price and he fixed it the next day! “Brought my wifes' Nissan Rouge in to J&M 2 weeks ago when the engine light came on ,our regular mechanic said everything was pointing to a transmission and they don't do transmission work and recommended J&M .We brought it and he was busy but said leave it for a couple of days and he would look at it. I went by his shop a couple of days later and was told it was a glitch in the software and nothing more he cancelled the code,and said bring it back if the code comes back , but he said nothing was wrong with the tranny, wouldn't t let me give him any money! Great customer service ,IMO I would bet that had I gone to a car dealer they would have sold me a,transmission job. It's nice that there is a mechanic out there that is,honest, thanks again.!”

He told me to bring it right in as they'll take a look the next day. So I had it towed there, they text us with the issue the SAME day and had it fixed and ready for pickup before 330pm the next day!! Cesar and Alfredo were quite helpful honest and sincere. The repairs took approximately a week to complete and they allowed me to purchase the parts I needed for the completion, although the labor was a bit expensive.
