“I’ve been bringing my car to Dorman’s for regular maintenance for a while now, and they’ve been great; they know what they’re doing, they work fast, and their prices are very fair. My parents have also brought their car here and had the same great experience.
Most recently, my car was in an accident and needed a lot of work (new door, new wheel, and other fixes). John was incredible from start to finish. He explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, advocated for me with my insurance company, and got me into a rental car immediately. He stayed in communication throughout the whole process, and the work was done much faster than I expected.
When I picked up my car, it honestly looked brand new. The quality of the repair, the care, and the attention to detail were better than I could’ve imagined. John went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I genuinely felt like they were looking out for me, not just my car.

“I just got my car repaired at this place. They are the definition of a good old local run business where they still believe in taking care of their customers. They gave me exactly what I needed. No trying to sell me on additional stuff or any of that.
Now, I'm not a mechanic or a card body professional but I do know a little bit about a lot of things and I know enough to be able to look at what was done and how it was done realize that they did an excellent job.
If you ever find yourself you didn't body work or your car is in an accident and you need help going through the process, this is a company I feel very confident in saying that you should contact them immediately and work with them.
The fact that as of writing this, they have over 30 reviews and a 5 star rating says it all right there. Even with 30, its hard for any business to keep a 5 star rating on google unless they are doing things right consistently.”

“Went here with my 2014 bmw 535 I I purchased Elianio helped me with working with my warranty company cause the engine failed it did take some time to get this done a lil more than I wanted it to take because of the warranty but he made sure my car was okay I had a couple minor issues after the engine replacement brought it back and repaired I will be going back to get my ac charged cause we forgot to do that but I highly recommended his service for major engine repair or anything else he knows
