So last time I called A-Affdordable I thought I had a great experience, but it turned out it was all incorrect. I dropped into the Revere Mass location, I was greeted immediately with smiles and kind words. I was not in a rush everyone was there for the same reason, and the workers there are only human. I sat and watch the hustle, and multi tasking if the workers, as they did their job quickly and efficiently, they did with smiles and laughter. I was called on, I thought I was going to be the easiest customer of the day, to go in and pay and be out, but unfortunately the first person I spoke to didn't do their job 100 percent, it happens sometimes. Fernanda though kindly fixed my policy, and then found me a cheaper policy too. She was kind and courteous, and explained to me what I didn't understand. Insurance just isn't my thing. I left there feeling great about my new policy and I love love A-Affdordable. I have had them for a long time, the Rever location to me is the best! If you go there, be kind and be patient thought they are busy, and they are people too!

I came here with it being my last resort as the quotes I was getting everywhere else were extremely high due to being cancelled due to nonpayment. I was extremely happy with the Candy's customer service. I walked out with the lowest rate that I wasn't expecting but very glad I chose a-affordable and got Candy to help me!
