DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have never in my life left a negative review, but do NOT believe a single good review on this page. While the apartments look nice and affordable, like the most recent review says, you are signing a lease with the devil. It took months to get them to even respond to my emails & obtain my lease after paying the application fees, & they charged me incorrectly on my move-in day for the security deposit & first month’s rent which led to weeks of back-and-forth to figure out. They charged me for 2 parking spaces instead of 1 for MONTHS and it took me 5x of going into the office and constant emailing to get reimbursement. I got over $1000 worth of packages stolen (even a living room chair!) & every single time I went to the lobby they told me to file a police report (I did, still nothing was done), and refused to even LOOK at the security footage. The last 2 months I lived there my sink was clogged because my constant maintenance requests were never answered. A mouse ran out of the trash room on my floor (I lived on the 5th floor). When I moved out, I gave them my move-out date and forwarding address 3 separate times. They still overcharged me rent, told me they had no information on my move out, and sent the incorrect amount refund to the wrong address. I have nothing but negative things to say, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I recently had to call maintenance and I was very pleased with the response and kindness, I can imagine with a property this large it must be difficult but Dan was a pleasure to deal with!

New resident so I can't comment on a lot...only the experience of getting the place...the leasing agent Marly (Esmarelda) was the utmost customer service person, I felt like she was working for me and not the building complex. She was pleasant, patient, followed up in a timely fashion, continued to look for the perfect place for me given my needs, never rushed me to get an apartment I was hesitant to get...in the end, my Lion's Den is secured. Garage is covered, the amenities are all here like any luxury bldg (see the website). Looking forward to enjoying my new crib...thanks for the help Marly!!

This 5 star is solely for Dan the maintenance manager. He’s very kind and offered to help me remove junk in my apartment as they were too heavy to carry out myself! It’s staff like him that makes living here enjoyable

I've lived in this apartment for over five years, and I've witnessed a downward spiral since Bell took over management. Package theft is practically guaranteed; the mailroom might as well have a sign saying "Free Loot Inside." Basic amenities like guest parking are nonexistent, and the towing company they hired is like a pack of vultures, circling for any excuse to snatch your car away. I've paid close to $1000 for multiple friends' cars (and my own) being towed. Now, they have the audacity to charge $12 a day for visitor parking, effectively killing any chance of having a social life. I can't wait to escape this nightmare. my lease is up in 3 months so counting down the days until I can move out for good.Management: Stop hiding behind the fake 5-star ratings, clearly they are from new tenants who just signed the lease (and don’t know what it’s like to actually live here). They probably got awarded with some rebates to leave comments.

I currently live here and there is serious problem with theft. I have multiple packages stolen almost every week including a brand new iphone, Amazon packages and basic groceries as well. I have tried complaining but was told to file a police report which is very inconvenient. I need a reasonable solution and they really need to put cameras in the lobby to hold people accountable.
