Staff was friendly and did a great job on my car. Quite pleased with their work. Just recommend to remove any phone holders on air vents inside your car.

My vehicle was in 2 accidents less than 3 months apart. Their service were quick and very informative. They made sure everything was fixed. I appreciate their hard workers there.

The worst auto body service all around. They just take your car and kick you out without any information . Worst customer service at all. Take long long time for just a small Dante to fix. Very pricey. Almost 7 thousand dollar. And each time you go to ask about your car to get done. The only answer you gonna hear is( you still have the rental car for more cople days, so you all set !!!!!!!!). each time I got any email from my insurance about picking up my car , the answer is ( forget this automated emails from your insurance, if there is something new ,you gonna hear from us ) are you serious ??? Who sends me here unfortunately?,is' it not my insurance? and of course you will never get that call. Then i got a call from my insurance again telling me that my car should be done in that day and is gonna be the last day of rental car .I went there again and the manager told me that the car needs at least another week for replacement of the airbag plug and the allingmentin The Fire stone. Bad condition of working. Dirt every where. After long time of suffering, Got finally my car but very trashy with white drops on my blue color car because they painting cars close to eachother in a very tiny spot. Asked him about the allingment that he told me before. And he was like ( we didn't get paid for that) seriously!!!!!!!!!! And spend mor money from my pocket in another shop to fix the trunk lock that it was working normal befor i toke my car to that shop. And my big question is : the Dante was in the rear passenger side, why i found them opening the hood????? They are not mechanics !!!!!!!My advice for everyone, don't waist your time with this guys just go directly to the dealer, at least you gonna have a professional customer service .Unfortunately I didn't know that I have this option from the beginning.Service: Painting

I had a bad car accident and my car was rear ended Ans I was pushed into a pickup truck. Very upsetting to say the least. Took my car to Atlas and I was treated like. Queen. Such respectful treatment . Wonderful customer service. Took care of everything for meIncluding getting me a rental and even returning it for me. I highly recommend Atlas to anyone who needs auto body work. My car looks like brand new Freddy was the first face I saw Ans he took care of me tillIPicked up the car! Out of 10 stars I give themA 20!!

Horrible customer service. My car got dropped off to be repaired by the shop and they have had my car for over a month. At first each time I called I was being told my car would be repaired by the end of that week. A couple of weeks went by so eventually I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me the parts were on back order and that's why it was taking so long. (Who knows if this was the truth or not). However, if that were the case ALL employees should be updated rather than misleading me and giving me false information. Employees repeatedly hung up the phone on me when I started asking questions that they did not know the answer to such as when would my car be ready? I had a rental and the rental was further extended past the month to accommodate them still having my vehicle and eventually I had to return the car. When I spoke with the manager of Atlas he stated "You do not need to keep calling don't you have a rental"! At this time I did not have the rental and further more it does not matter if I have a rental or not I still need my car back. Long story short I am STILL waiting to get my car and still being given the run around. The past 3 days I have called for an update on my car and there has been no progression I am still just receiving the same answers. I had to reach out to my insurance company to reach out to them for an accurate update and of course (no shock here) the car was not ready by the end of that day either. They are also NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I definitely would NOT recommend this auto body shop and wish I had brought it somewhere else to be repaired.Service: Body & Trim

IF YOU ARE A YOUNG WOMAN DO NOT CALL, have someone call for you. After 3 weeks: "your car is in the paint shop we'll call in a few days" After another week: "we're waiting on a part" After ANOTHER week: "we can't find the tire lock" Then I had a man call on my behalf, car is ready within 5 days.

Legally at fault for an accident but don't have collision insurance because I am young and can't afford it. Just basic coverage because MA is expensive. Called just to ask what the estimate process would be like whether I had to bring the car in or if I could send photos of the damage. Mind you this is my first time doing this, never have been in this process. Guy on the phone starts grilling me about whether or not I have collision insurance, asked me why I don't, who my provider is, etc. I just wanted an answer. That's all.

Atlas Auto Body was a pleasure to work with!! My SUV was in terrible shape when they received it, and you wouldn't be able to tell there was ever any damage.They work was impeccable, precise, and clean. The outside of my car was washed and the inside was wiped down, it was an additional level of outstanding service! The gentlemen I dealt with in person and over the phone were also informative and patient. I recommend this place for any auto damage repairs!Service: Body & Trim
