WELL WAS, IT DOES HAVE AN EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL ATM , HANDICAP PARKING And WHEELCHAIR ACCESSABLE DOORS AND RAMPS. LOCATED ON SQUIRE RD, AROUND THE CORNER FROM ROUTE 1AND ROUTE 99 BOTH ARTERIES TAKE YOU TO BOSTON SOUTH OR NEW HAMPSHIRE TO THE NORTH.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Revere branch. The location and service were both subpar, and I would strongly advise against visiting here. It was a complete waste of my time, and the staff did not provide any clear explanations. I was informed that I would have to wait two weeks to open my additional business account, which was highly inconvenient.

This’s the worst Bank of America Branch I ever went to. So horrible customer service from all the agents here. I’m just done with this bank!!!!

From the time I entered the bank they couldn't have been nicer. Anderson helped me with a personal matter and it couldn't have been easier. He was very professional and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Thx Anderson Karen

My elderly Mom has an IRA through BOA. Over the past year, there have been a few miscommunications between BOA and their IRA department (located in another state). Each time Fariha Ashraf, Financial Center Manager at the Squire Rd. branch has worked to resolve the communication breakdowns, communicate those errors to BOA affiliates and restore trust in our relationship with BOA. Fariha’s is clearly a LEADER. For this reason, my Mom is keeping her account with BOA. She understood my Mom’s needs and ensured they were met.Thank you!

Bad customer service, went there around 1:00 pm only to find the branch closed. Closed due to lunch break. I have a baby and don’t have time to come back. This is so unfair for those of us that are parents and cannot afford to wait for the bank to open.

The worst customer service ever!No because of the teller that was there but because she was the only one there in a location where theres 5 windows, mad disrespectful with the clients , having to wait for at least 20 minutes sometimes more. Might be changing bank soon.

Went to go cash a check at 3:15 and was told they were closing early due to the weather wich is understandable if y'all weren't open till 4 with 5 other customers in line not sure who's judgment call it was to close 30 min early not sure what kind of difference it will make but won't ever go back here

The building needs more bank tellers, having one person manage dozens of people at once is a horrible idea.I came here on 11/2, arriving at 10:26 AM, I waited in line for 37 MINS. An outrageous amount of time to wait to just create a bank check. When I finally got to the teller it was 11:03 AM. I messed up on the name I send the check to. I was told by the banker teller that I couldn't make phone calls at the window because she had people to assist.Fast forwarding, I finally got my check issue sorted out. But when I returned the line was LONG AGAIN. When I got to the end of the line, it was 11:07 AM. When it was my turn to be attended, 22 MINS. Had passed, it was at that point 11:29 AM, again an outrageous amount of time to wait in line for a bank. This could all be solved if they had more bank tellers, but nope they don't.At other banks, there are long lines but multiple tellers at the window to eat up the line of patrons. This one has long lines but only one person working there. Do you see the problem here?My advice is to skip this bank, and if you won't or can't. Make sure to have everything prepared for the teller and know what you're doing. Otherwise, you'll have to wait in line for almost an hour. Or even more....

Don’t even deserve one star-Poor poor Bank, horrible, instead of one bank teller tell the guy walking around inside dilly dallying -what nothing to go behind the counter and help out-Rotten, Rotten Bank, Extremely ROTTEN Bank make me Sick One teller, all the pressure on him Pretty pathetic
