I deleted my last post I believe been here over 12 years The windows are very old an leak that you got to cover them with plastic very good or the heat won't shut off especially no heat on the second floor that they're working on they say when I asked and they replied they're working on it but nothing gets done this review will get updated with pictures that I have from over the years to let others know what to expect when moving here

Angelina is an excellent property manager. She truly cares for her tenants,she goes above and beyong. Broadway tower is a great place to live.

I loved the kindness, diligence and prompt response of the administrator Angelina, the apartment visited was spacious, bright, with the spaces well distributed and the hallways looked clean.

I went for an apartment tour and Moraya actually made time for me to come in during the weekend because I work weekdays. She was super helpful and answered all my questions!

This is one of horrible place on earth to live in. I lived there for 10 years. Mouse is the common problem there but they blame on tenant every single time instead of taking care of it. The management especially Mellisa and her staff was helpful that is why me and my community stay there but when the lady hennisse the building manager came every one has to move from this place just because of her. She was very disrespectful, rude and had a bad attitude all the time. She don’t even know how to talk to people. I don’t know how this disrespectful lady got appointed by management and our whole community have to move just because of her. She always threatened us to take court. Me and my whole community let everyone know don’t move in this building. She make our life miserable while we was there. I thought management must have fired her but I get to know she is still there. Good luck to those people who have to deal with her and bear her behavior. Thank God we left this place.

This place is horrible, unnecessary changes for no reason! The new fire alarm system woke me up in the morning and I was so frustrated! i’m glad i’m moving out soon.

I live in the Broadway tower building and I really feel proud because it is clean, quiet, it has all the comforts for a family to live happily, likewise, in terms of prices it is very comfortable compared to market prices, its Administration responds Quick to each request that is made and they are constantly checking whether the homes are in good condition. On the other hand, it has a family atmosphere since its administration ensures the rights and duties of each of its tenants.
