Doorman charged me 100 dollars to come in, tickets were 25$, I negotiated for less since my friends were inside, once I got in the smell of urine just further killed the vibe.

We came here from NYC for New Year’s Eve yesterday. We reserved a table for 6 and purchased bottles. We got there 5 mins before 9 pm when it stated it would start. The security as well as management had us sit outside in the freezing cold for 30 mins. The security was very rude to us. We was the only people there for over two hours it was empty. As we stood out front we watched employees show us late to an event we paid hundreds of dollars for that was suppose to open doors by 9pm mind you we took a uber from our hotel to be safe which was also 40 mins away from here so we just was freezing. They wouldn’t let us even stand inside by the steps where they had heaters on them. Nice looking ballroom but very unprofessional and rude employees.

Came here for the Halloween event, and it was horrible. The security was rude, and honestly the place was dead even though me and my boyfriend came later and the tickets were “sold out” online. Also we only ordered 2 drinks (one for each of us) and it was $28 total! Not to mention that we sat down on the high tops because all the other places to sit were reserved and this lady came up to us and said it’s a $100 minimum worth if drinks in order to sit on the high tops. Then I asked her “then where can we sit” and she proceeded to shrug her shoulders. Mind you there were no seats at the bar and all the other chairs were reserved so we would have to stand the whole time especially since it was just us and another couple there. They are trying to hustle you for everything, even for sitting and their expensive cocktails! We just ended up leaving and so did the other couple not to long after. Never again!!!

I went here to see Frank Reyes on Saturday March 16th and the event was good. But not to pay $90 to see an artist for less than an hour. They definitely tried to play it off with playing good music. They definitely had a good DJ. They won't give you refund. Make sure you read the fine print. Beautiful place but I won't pay if the artist can't present themselves for atleast 2 hours. I'm sure I'm not the only one who felt like I was robbed. I came with 3 our females and it was the same thing. Complete trash.

It seems to me that for a place that is just starting out and remains empty, charging $30 for entry is very expensive. They should charge cheaper while they gain clientele and then raise it there.
