I came in to pay for my service 65$, & Jennifer the girl there, said I owed 65$, when I still had the affordable connectivity program as to which I was paying 25$ per month, she told me the program was over,& very rudely VERY!!! I knew I still had a few days left& it should have still been in affect!!! She was screaming at me, very unprofessional, I said nicely,do not scream at me because your having a bad day!! She continues,I said if you don't stop, I will scream back,just to allow her to hear what I was talking about, because her broken English didn't understand what I said to her, I paid my bill, & stood& watching how nice she was to 2 Spanish guys, the next guy spoke English,& she was getting irritated with him too...she doesn't deserve to work a job she cannot handle, and be courteous to clients, that's how your company loses people.... 2 days later,my phone was shut off, brought it to I believe Manny, he said I would need to pay another 75$.... ???? WHAT???? A customer came in& said there was a blackout with cricket the night before, & all phones were shut down, so we ended up calling a supervisor, which was a waste of time!!! Contradicting Herself over& over!!! So I just left, and unfortunately I am going back to my other company, but I really liked cricket, but the guy at the counter was very kind,& helped me out.... But Jennifer, is a very bad customer representative & I won't ever come in,if I see her again!!!! I'm disabled & handicapped, to be disrespected,is an insult,to a woman who hasn't got much time on earth,to enjoy her phone..... Raul was the BEST EVER& I WISH I KNEW WHERE HE WENT TO WORK!!!! WE MISS YOU, BROTHER!!💚 Sincerely Cheryl N..... Love this company & sorry to go on,but being treated unfairly, & being sick, is not what I will tolerate..... Thank you for your service, now I only have until midnight to pay my bill,when I paid my full 65$..... 🤷🙄....I really shouldn't be without a phone at my age...& It's wrong!!!! Idk what to do!!!! 🙄😥

Today I go around 3:30 and went inside and asked for help and this guy I have never seen before named Nicolas he did bad service for me and I am almost been a customer there for almost 8 years and this the first time I ever experienced a bad service from this person I never seen before but I left because of how Nicolas treated me instead went to the one that is in east Boston and there was more help for the problem I had on my phone and more professional there good service there thank you.

i have been a ustomer for many years the manager raul is very helpfully th only issue is the girl that works there is terrable she is not helpfull at all she is chasing away customers i only go now when the manger is there he was very helpfully when i was having issues with my phone

I told them last month to drop line,they did not This month same problem I get angry They get even!I just got home from surgery! 4 lines lost due to poor employee attitude!!!!!!

Manny was a great help he did everything for us .... switched everything over answered every question we had. He went above and beyond made me feel very comfortable about switching over and, I never got this from Boost Mobile EVER..... so if anybody needs to change over because of the new 5G 4G thing. and your phones ?don't work I recommend Cricket as best as any one of the top rated Mobile plans out there.Thank you Manny for ALL of YOUR HELP!!! GOD ? BLESS YOU and your patience...??

Very helpful. I transferred my phone number from a different company to cricket and they were fast and efficient... Very pleased with cricket service and very pleased with the professional help I received. Highly recommended
