I was contacted by someone after writing a negative review and told I’d be called the next day (Saturday) by the storage site manager. It’s Tuesday 1/6 and still no call. I still haven’t been contacted by the insurance company. If anyone reads this who’s thinking about using this storage location, DONT DO IT!!

I had a great experience with this storage facility! Scott and Ethan were extremely helpful, quick, and efficient throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, made the move-in simple, and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a smooth and stress-free storage solution!

70% price increase after 1 year. Total rip-off

Been a customer for 5 months but the recent 60% price increase is beyond unreasonable. Nothing has changed to warrant such a drastic increase. I feel it is pure greed. If you are considering storing at Extra Space Storage be prepared for MASSIVE rate hikes. I do not recommend this place, unless you don't mind being taken advantage. Maybe with their sky-high prices they can now afford more than two carts.
