I wish I could give 0 stars, because this has truly been the worst service I've ever experienced! I scheduled this order in advance because I was leaving the country for vacation. This order was a gift for valentines day for my girlfriend, and I had already paid in advance so it would be delivered on the day of the 14th. When the day arrives all I receive is an email saying that they missed the delivery, After that the next day I never heard anything back from the shop , and when I called the revere store they were stating that the driver delivered the item and the proof was that they took a picture of the door. My girlfriend never received the gift I intended to send her, and when I called to get a refund they said that "Their store doesn't do refunds" and that the manager will call me back. The manager never called me back and I had to wait to get back from my vacation to go in person to the Revere store. When I went in person they tried to convince me that they delivered it and stated that the manager had to decide if there could be a refund. Save your money AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an arrangement through Edible Arrangements in Revere MA for my granddaughters for Valentine’s Day. Paid extra for delivery so it would arrive on time. First it was delivered to a bank in Saugus. Had to wait on hold for an hour to speak with someone who told me they were aware of the problem and another arrangement would be sent to the address on my order. That never happened. Waited another hour on hold and no one ever answered. Called the following day on 2/15 and after 45 minutes on hold was told the delivery would happen this day. It did not. Sitting on hold again with no one answering. I want a refund. Three days have now gone by and no delivery! First time in 7 years my granddaughters didn’t receive a Valentine’s Day gift from their grandparents!

If it was possible to give 0 stars or negative stars for this place I would. Ordered something in advance of yesterday's holiday. Not only did the delivery driver lie about attempting delivery, they lied and said they called the recipient while attempting delivery. Both were untrue. I attempted to call the store and they seemingly left their phones off the hook to avoid having to deal with myself and likely others facing the same potentially fraudulent behavior. In order to get a refund I had to call corporate because as of the time of this review, I have yet to receive contact from the store itself, manager or owner alike. Bad form all around. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Nice non-fruit-on-sticks medley of cookies, cupcakes, teas, coffees, and an insulated mug, delivered by a very nice gentleman who seemed honestly upset that he was bothering me - with goodies!

Canceled my order, support said the store put that I canceled it, I did not. Nor did I receive an email about the cancellation.Would have had no idea my order wasn’t being delivered if I didn’t check tracking.Update: The store literally canceled my order, there is no need to contact the store, support was even confused as to why my order was canceled. I will just take my business to another location like most of the reviews here have done due to bad service. You didn't receive a request to cancel my order as I never requested to cancel it. A simple Email/Text/Call would have been nice if you were unable to fulfil my order.

Horrible service, very unprofessional and rude staff. I called ahead to ask for a product which they claimed to have but when I reached there they offered a rotten product and said that's all they have. I am never coming back here.

I purchased the strawberries dipped in chocolate. When I got them home and my wife had one. The strawberries were rotten!!! Never again will I go to Edible Arrangements!!I've tried to contact the corporate office twice, and they haven't done a thing to rectify the situation. Horrible all around!!!!!

I ordered for valentine's day, and while my delivery arrived on time which I was grateful for, my order did not include the extra XOXO Belguim Chocolate lollipop that I paid $8 extra for. And we all know these arrangements aren't cheap to begin with, so I expect them to be exactly what I paid for. When I called the shop to try to get resolution to this issue, no one answered, and it only gives the option to request to receive a call back, which I still never have and it's March now. Poor customer service, or should I say, no customer service at all. Disappointed.

It my first time ordering, so I Was supposed to pick up my order at 11am today. I got an email at 9:30 saying it was ready. At 11 I was at the store in Revere and the store was closed. Stayed there waiting and nothing, called other location and they told me to call costumer service, did call CS and they told me to wait 30 minutes more because wasn’t ready, this was 11:30 already, so I asked if they could deliver because it couldn’t wait, they just hang up on me. So I wait another 30 minutes, it was my sister birthday and I would not be able to find another gift. So at 12:10 I just knocked on the door very loud with my phone and a girl came saying she did know the door was locked. Extremely stressful situation for something that should be simple. And the just sent me an email asking to be tipped. Sorry is a big no no. I will be going for something else next time.

TERRIBLE customer service experience! My wife's company ordered her an arrangement because she just lost a family member. We did not know it was coming...we were in another state at the funeral home when they called to say they were outside. Bad service and the driver was yelling at her, we could barely understand anything, never said he was with edible arrangements just yelling at us to say I'm outside, sounded very sketchy, so we hung up. Then the office called us and said a driver was there, great, now we know what is outside, but we are not home (because we did not order it) we requested them to deliver the next day. Same driver delivered arrangement and proceeded to yell at my wife saying I called yesterday and you hung up on me and wouldn't answer!! Yes, because it was an unrecognizable number and you could not clearly say you were with edible arrangements. So my wife simply said, I just lost a family member and you are yelling at me. Word of advice...you are in the customer service business. Arrangements are typically sent for either very happy or very sad occasions.... Take a look at your team and make sure that they are compassionate when making deliveries. Because occasions can get very ruined. The recipients don't typically know something is coming for them - remember that. The way that we were treated was absolutely pathetic. Do better for the next person.
