I had a disappointing one-way rental from Florida. However, at the Enterprise Revere location, Irish excellently handled my return. I'd happily rent from Revere again because of her. Additionally, their facility is well-maintained, and they offer new, well-maintained cars.

Very nice girl at counter, Eunice! Very thorough and very helpful- made my experience with Enterprise smooth and quick! Also, I was picked up by Enterprise at my auto body shop. They go above and beyond! This was Revere Enterprise. I first called the one in Chelsea and they don't offer customer pickup. So REVERE ENTERPRISE IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR RENTALS!!

I don't think we've ever been in and out and on the road in under 10 minutes at a rental agency. To me, that's impressive. Staff was courteous and we were given an option to choose one of three cars on the lot, from the size we chose online. The first car the odometer display was foggy and you couldn't see anything. The second car, the one we chose, was scratched and scuffed up outside. It didn't bother us, since the employee acknowledged the issues. The floor mat had a big hole in it, but we chose it anyway. The car drove fine. Another thing I liked was that they asked that the car be brought back with the amount of gas that we left the lot with (half tank). We returned the car after hours and there's a key drop box for convenience. Everything was great, besides the car cosmetics. Still giving them five stars regardless, because of how courteous, fast and efficient everything was.

We rented a car for my birthday, I specifically rented a full size car all wheel or rear wheel drive. When I arrived on property they did not have, they only had a compact car front wheel drive. This was not going to work as we were driving up to the mountains in the snow. When I asked for an all wheel drive car or at least a rear wheel they said all they had was an SUV and that they wanted me to pay an extra $80 a day for the rental. I did not have the money to cover the additional charge so we were only left with a car that was supposed to be cheaper than what I was already paying, but they did not reduce the price... We had rented the car a day early so that we could leave early the next morning to drive and go skiing, when we woke up the next day it was snowing and we started to drive the car to the mountains. The car could barely go up a small hill on a back street and so we tried to go back and get a different car. The location says it opens at 8am, but no one showed up at the location. We were waiting in the car outside the location for 1 hours in the cold for them to arrive and no one showed up. So we ended up driving to a different location and they were open, but by time we were able to get there and get a different car, we had already missed our opportunity to get to the mountains to ski. So thanks to this location I missed out on my birthday ski trip and had to stay home instead.

Place is awesome. Great prices. I just rented their only available car which was a dodge challenger (very fun) and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Knowledgeable staff. Quick and easy. I was in and out within 6 minutes. Can't recommend this location enough now. Anytime I rent a car I will be going here. All your rental needs in the area go here! They'll have you in and out within minutes. Make sure you bring a credit card!

DO NOT EVER GO TO ENTERPRISE in REVERE ma. Find another one or even another company. They gave my husband a car that needed oil change 2 days after we got it. They gave us the run around. Told us we could take it to Firestone and get the oil change done. Firestone needed an appointment and no one wanted to do it. We took to local shops to pay for oil change because enterprise didn’t have cars. Local shops refused to do it. Then 2 days later (weekend) it broke down on him on the mass pike. Enterprise decided to send a tow truck not an emergency tow truck (the only one allowed to pick up cars on highways). This made my husband sit out in the dark and cold with a window open (couldn’t close window because car was not functional) for 5 hours. I called the branch to get them to stop charging my insurance for the days that their car was down and they refused. They are very inconsiderate and highly unprofessional. Customer safety is not their priority. They would pass the car from one customer to another without checking them. (Checking is only done on paper) they are careless.

Unfriendly service. Do not warn about different debit card regulations at their different Enterprise locations. You need paper copies and proof of address—worse than a RMV.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The my made my selection very easy. The vehicle I selected was just going in for a wash and detail. The gentleman that did that service, went above and beyond what someone would expect. He really wanted to make sure that the customer (me) was satisfied.This is not my first time renting from Enterprise and it is because of your dedicated staff in Revere that I continue to return.

After reading dozens of reviews, I noticed that not a single time was Steve’s name mentioned in any with a positive rating. On the contrary, in a majority of the negative comments, his name appears again and again. I think it is important to note that regarding this review, a discount or refund, or lack thereof, is not the issue. The issue is customer service. This manager, Steve, has done this very same thing to other people in the past. He was too quick to dismiss any suggestion by me and was not open to finding a way to rectify my situation. Instead of offering any kind of discount (or simply appearing sympathetic because his hands were in fact, tied) to ensure that I would return to this site, thus securing the hundreds or even thousands of dollars I may spent there, he chose to go out of his way to let me know that he very well could reimburse any or all of the cost, but would not. He made it a point, to tell me this, that he could help me further but was choosing not to. So the old adage, “the customer is always right”...or the principal of repeat business by way of an indiscriminate monetary sacrifice simply is NOT part of Enterprise Rent a Car’s business model. There was no greater irony than reading the Enterprise Rental Car mission statement and then having to conduct business with a person like Steve. To whomever it may concern at the Enterprise corporate office: I would suggest you take a very detailed look at Steve's attitude towards your customers, many of whom would likely still be customers if only he'd chosen to be a little nicer. Seriously, that's business 101.
